They were stupid as feck to trade Beasley before the season

Yeah but I think he might not have fancied playing second fiddle to Bosh. But then again, he might have stayed because he thought they might have been a Championship winning team.

Here We Stay night in Sacramento. Considering some standing-room only tickets were sold, I think this is going to be the biggest crowd to ever watch a basketball game in Arco Arena. Win or lose this is going to be a hell of a night.

Edit: Epic game. Apparently some of the floor vibrations helped DeAndre Jordan miss four free throws at the end of the game to help seal it (although he's a bad enough shooter that he probably would've missed at least two anyways). It took relocation threats to get the fans to respond, but respond they did. If they can keep the momentum going I think we have a shot to keep the team in town.

Either Rose or Amare should get MVP for me. Rose would be my pick, Bulls had Boozer and Noah out for more than half the season and Rose just kept them ticking along.

With the Heat getting Bibby, I still don't think it is going to change things drastically but at least he is better than the options they have/had - Chalmers and Arroyo.

Amare = MVP? lolwut

Dwight, Rose, Lebron are all clearly above him. Kobe and Dirk too.

Bibby gives them an experienced option at PG, will help Wade & LeBron. I still think Boston are the team to beat in the East, but Heat have added more quality to their roster.

With 9.6 seconds left, the Heat are down 3 and the refs call a foul on Dwight Howard that is complete BS. Magic up 1 coming out of the timeout. Come on JJ Redick. Knock 'em down.

Unbelievably comeback from 18 points down at HT by the Magic against arguably one of the best defensive teams in the league and at Miami too.

Down by 24 at one...Miami Heat soft as hell...I guess that's what happens when you have Bosh as your big man(I know they have Dampier).

Mind you the Magic are dangerous, 16 3 pointers...no lead is safe against them.

Lebron hates Chris Bosh, and lets him know all about it

Nets win the first game in London. Decent game, good turnout but there were a few empty seats; not a sell-out as the commentators were claiming. If the NBA want to follow the NFL's lead and have a few games in London each season, they need to get some better teams out here.

Magic-Bulls should be a good game, I wonder if Orlando can build on that terrific comeback win at the Heat.

Captions: "Get out of my zone!"

"He's coming right for me!" *DOINK*

"feck you. I'm the star."

"heychristthinkfastoops"

Y'know what we always say. If it hits you in the face, you should've caught the pass.

Chicharito would've headed it into the basket.

"Thanks for telling me to announce which team I was was signing with in a one-hour primetime special, asshat!"

"Dude, this is what your name sounds like!" *BOSH*

What a quarter from San Antionio, led 36-12. Made Wade and Lebron have 2 fouls apiece, unbelievable team effort on defense.

HEat are down by 20 in the 4th haha; feck you lebron

I saw the first half and Ginobli was brilliant, Heat couldn't handle the Spurs. I think the Heat have to play the Bulls & Celtics in the next few games and if they lose them I reckon there will be talk about Riley taking over the reins.

Lakers on a nice 6 game win streak, hopefully we'll get the 2nd seed in the West.

The Spurs made 17 3 pointers...that's what killed Miami, that and the fact that Mike Bibby is terrible defensively...So many quick point guards in the league atm...he'll offer them something offensively, but I don't think he is a net gain.

Knicks will probably do Miami in the first round.

Not if they play Miami like they play Cleveland.

BTW, that was a horrendous call on the Knicks last possession. I get sick of refs calling offensive charge when the player has already made his move to the bucket, is in the air, and the denders slides in and establishes position. Anthony had already made his move and the defender hadn't established position yet.

And Miami wouldn't win that series if they play like they've played the past two games......

It'd be a ridiculous series because "lolrebound?" Melo/Amare and Lebron/Wade would prolly put average 180 points per game in it.

It ain't going to be that easy. It will definitely be an interesting match up but I think Miami has what it takes to overcome the Knicks in a 7 game series.

I think the Heat head coach, Erik Spoelstra, will be fired if they don't reach the Eastern Conference finals.

I would be suprised if they keep Spoelstra for next season. From what I've read about the Heat, they have no half-court offense and rely on the fast-breaks to get most of their points. Whilst that may work against the weaker teams, its not going to beat the teams in the playoffs. I feel a bit sorry for him, but when you have Wade and James in your team, you should be doing better.

The Heat should have bounced Spoelstra long ago, the way he runs the team just isnt conducive to beating good teams, Riley will be a big upgrade when he eventually steps in.

John Wall's having a pretty impressive rookie season too. Overshadowed by Blake Griffin but for a rookie point guard to be top 10 in assists and top 15 in steals, still very turnover prone but damn.

And his attitude seems to be the right one too, asking his coach to fine him if he shows tantrum on the court, hard to believe he's so mature compared to some of the players in football his age.

Edit: And captain of the Wizards (I know they're pretty crap) as a rookie. Damn.

Captain of the wizards is probably a bad thing

Lakers with a fast start against the Spurs, I expect San Antonio to come-back and beat us.

I highly doubt they are going to come back from a 25 points deficit.

Never know, LA have thrown some big leads away in recent time, the worst being in game 4 of the finals against the Celtics a few years back.
