Wasn't the takeover agreement that Boehly would promise investment of ~1.5bn over 10 years into the club? Maybe he is trying to cut that down to years..

Scary to think at the current rate he'd hit that in 3 years!

So on the first July Chelsea will have:

Lukaku
Aubamayeng
Datro Fofana
Broja
Batshuayi
Havertz
Sterling
Pulisic
Ziyech
Hudson Odoi
Mount
Mudryk
Nkunku

…and will be looking to keep Felix if he’s anywhere near decent.

What on earth are you talking about? I'm not presenting anything that isn't in the public domain. Winstansley was the head of recruitment at Brighton and was in charge of identifying players for Brighton's first team coaching staff.
And then claiming it is Potter's signing.

Shakhtar were dreaming of hitting that €100M figure, Arsenal were determined not to hit it. Not a problem to dick swinger Todd though. Good to see a Ukrainian signing for a club built on Abramovich money!
Yeah, I'm bitter after a few drinks! :D
By the way, some result today! :)

Thanks mate! Sets up our game nicely. You’ll be out for revenge and we usually struggle at The Emirates…

The "+ 30" will only kick in if he's a success so I'm happy with that.

Not sure what a "project player" is to be honest.
It means he's not a top player right now. In fact, he just looks like a pace merchant.

And then claiming it is Potter's signing.
It likely is Potter's signing because Winstanley was his head of recruitment at Brighton, which is a fact.

And there's reports that state it was Potter who poached Winstanley from Brighton.

I know he's a super talent, but still I can't understand why Arsenal are (were?) going for him when they have Martinelli in the same position.

We should give Arteta a call, tell him to tell the press he wants Elanga for £60m, get Chelsea to buy him as well.

I guess you never know but I don't think we're buying Batshuayi back.
Haha my bad, didnt realise he finally got sold. Still though, I heard arsenal were sniffing around him… Todd might have to bring him back for £200m

They really need to put up some distance between bohley and Chelsea, the guy is mad.

You're a different team this season though, week by week been increasingly impressed. I won't deny I was a sceptic, but yeah, building from a solid base, Casimero controlling midfield and getting Rashford on form has made a big difference.

Goldbridge basically saying chelsea are reading the tabloids and going for whoever the tabloids say they are going for.

Someone said Arsenal should put in a bid for Maguire so Chelsea will bid for him themselves.

His CL performances, especially against Real across the two seasons.
He played 16min the 1st match Shaktar lost 5:0 and 71min the 2nd one - also lost 2:1.
And this season 90 and 85min - zero assists.

They are making City look like Saints...
First it was Oligarchs then Oil money now VC aswell flooding the market. I think next summer prices would be even higher as likely ManUtd and Liverpool both can have new owners

How much have they spent now? Since Boehly came in

Disgraceful club. Sold their soul to a Russian gangster and now getting destroyed by a cowboy lunatic. You love to see it.

355million euros out, 56million euros in (according to Transfermarkt).

Not including this dude.

240 million euros in, 13 mil out for Man United in the same period for comparison.
2021/22 118m in / 124m out = +6m
2022/23 355m in (+70m Mudryk) / 53m out = -370m
Thanks.

Thats a lot of money. Potter will be a good manager to make it all work but I'm hoping they are daft enough to sack him.

Shame we missed out but we were never going to win a bidding war vs Chelsea. Even if we'd met their valuation Chelsea would have probably just offered more anyway.
I just hope we have other targets because we need more depth. Arteta seems to have been fixated on this guy.

Yeah it wasn't for the end product but he was quite threatening at the Bernabeu on both the occasions. Had a great game against Leipzig as well I think

is this including Nkunku?

Given Shaktar didn't accept Arsenal's +30, these are probably very easy to meet.
