What trophy did he win in the first place?!
He can shove that charity shield up his arse.
Apologies. I meant we. Since he's never won a trophy.

It should have been done at half time, he only did it when we were 2-0 down. How he could have watched that first half performance and decide to stick with what we were doing is insane, especially considering Valencia was completely hopeless as he has been for quite some time.
Also, Carrick just got a total grilling from that ITV eejit Byrne and got (wrongly) slated by Roy Keane on national television due to his interview, all because his manager wouldn't come out and face the cameras. He's the manager, he's supposed to protect his players in public, that's what good managers do.
How? I'm being serious... how? how can you only have 'doubts' about him now? we've been playing like relegation candidates for months now. We've went from a team that won the league by twelve points to a mid-table outfit in a few months of his tenure. His performance has been as bad as anything I've ever seen in football.
He's genuinely clueless. How some fans are only getting this now I'll never know. It's been as clear as the nose on your face for months.
Manchester United manager David Moyes:
''That's the worst we've played in Europe, we didn't deserve to get anything.'
''I'm surprised, I didn't see that level of performance coming. I take responsibility, we have to play better.
'The players are hurting."

Well, I believe that he should be given at least a couple of seasons because we need to rebuild the squad. That belief hinges on the fact that I like what he did at Everton, and that we have at times been unlucky this season.
Having in mind he considered Sven and O'Neill as his successors is anyone surprised he chose someone worse than both?I still can't believe we went from Fergie to Moyes. What were we actually thinking?
That was just despicable from Moyes. If he hadn't lost the players yet, he has now. Most cowardly thing Moyes has done yet. He never fails to amaze me - hits new levels if embarrassment every week.
One shot on goal against easiest side from all teams in CL we could draw. Away fans should get a refund. No joking.
There's not one logical or valid argument left which I could defend Moyes with. I can't even say that he tried something.
Everything looked wrong. Everything. It almost looked like Moyes took over the whole club and doing whatever he wants and nobody can say a word, including top figures on United's board of directors and Glazers themselves.

Funnily most of the Caf saw that level of performance coming when they saw the lineup.
And the Caf is hardly full of footballing geniuses.

Wheeling carrick out for the interview is a disgrace. Moyes needs to get himself out there
Oh no, I got your point, I'm agreeing with it by saying he still didn't start chasing the game until we were 2-0 down. If Olympiakos hadn't scored that second who knows what he would have done, I doubt Kagawa would have been sent on anyway.I think you missed my point by quoting only that sentence I wrote.
He brought on players who he thought would get him goals when things went bad. Its the equivalent of paying a baker 500 bucks to change the oil on your car, but paying a mechanic 50 bucks to overhaul the engine when the baker unsurprisingly fecked the job up.
Or something. I dunno. I am half fuming, half depressed here on my keyboard.
They were showing him doing the UEFA CL press conference on MUTV, so he might have been doing that at the time.It should have been done at half time, he only did it when we were 2-0 down. If we let him build a squad in his image here we'll be in real trouble. He's already shown how competent he is at producing attacking, progressive football after all.
Even if we gave him all the money in the world would anyone really want to be a big budget Everton, playing terrible percentage football? I know I don't.
Pure cowardice. He has no excuse.
If that's the case then fair enough, though I think those things are usually done afterwards. And I would have sent Round, not a player. They were showing him doing the UEFA CL press conference on MUTV, so he might have been doing that at the time.

The players are as much to blame for this season as passengers on a commercial flight who when the pilot's announce system come on hear nothing but "death to infidels" in a middle-eastern accent are to blame for the subsequent plane crash.
He did give an after match interview.Pure cowardice. He has no excuse.
What he did at Everton has nothing to do with United though. He was good at Everton because he's good for that level, playing long ball, defensive and compact football. He was there for 10 years and Martinez has changed them more in these 8 months then Moyes ever tried doing. Moyes was satisfied to keep them at the level he got them to, and didn't even try to change it. Now he comes to United and has us playing the same way. I just think in Moyes' head, the long ball/ loads of crosses with a lot of running type football is the best style and the way forward. He just seems to stuck in his ways and is too stubborn to think he's the reason we're doing shit.Well, I believe that he should be given at least a couple of seasons because we need to rebuild the squad. But I've questioned his team selection before today this season, and seeing the starting lineup and that (expected) performance makes me think that he doesn't learn from his mistakes, which is a big problem if we're going to be with him for the long term.
Seeing Kagawa on the bench, and perrenial underperformers like Valencia, Young and Cleverley start pissed me off.
I still think he'll stay till next season, bar anything drastic like a 0-5 loss to the Scousers in a couple of weeks or finishing outside 10th place but (and I won't be too disappointed by this) he won't last 2 months if we start off next season like we have played this season.
He did give an after match interview.

Looks like press finally turning on Moyes.

They players should have been taken to North Korea on holiday.
There was hardly time, to be fair. We can blame him for a lot of issues I think this is just petty. He did a press interview so he didn't get fined by UEFA but sent Carrick to the tv interview.
