If he got sacked now it'd almost feel as good as Van Persie's goal against Villa last season. If he got sacked tonight I'd become excited for the final stretch of the season.

Pep or Mou wouldnt be failing right now.Everything is going to plan. Fergie's successor was always going to fail. Moyes is a patsy.
I've no idea. I wish I knew where to get those sorts of precise stats.

Would want to see where we are in terms of rankings of most crosses for the same time period to form a better picture.
What a bad ass
Being a supporter is a bit like being married and right now she's getting a bit fat and disinterested but fcuk it I still love her!
They seem to have only basic stats, nothing like crosses per game, where they're taken from, etc.
Why would it be idiotic to sack Moyes? What a completely idiotic thread. The only think more idiotic would be sacking Moyes.
The current United situation is that the club rates more finances more important than success on the pitch. Woodward has come out and said as much. It is not a surprise really as there are 6 Glazers with their hands in Uniteds kitty. If we do not spend hugely in the summer we are on the way down, no doubt about it. But as long as we keep selling shirts and getting sponsors all over the world the money men will be happy. Trophies come second to financial gain. Welcome to Glazers United.
It would not be idiotic to sack Moyes, a manager that has shown he is mid table at best, bereft of ideas and totally clueless. He is fine if you wish to have a stable situation where a club can maintain itself in the top half of a league(still attractive to sponsors), and now and then maybe get top 4 as United can provide Moyes with more cash than Everton. But as long as the Glazers are in charge this club is going to be no better than mediocre since SAF left. All these sponsorship deals and financial profits are not been used to benefit the club. They are being used to fill pockets. And that is my opinion. We will see when the summer comes and there "is no value" United can say fcuk value we are going to compete and put our financial muscle on the pitch. Or they can say well Moyes can keep us there or thereabouts, after all he has proven it at Everton, so sign him on for 6 years. Why would it be idiotic to sack Moyes?
Have you any idea how much the club is making each year? What makes you think the Glazers are refusing to throw money at Moyes for transfers? We just spent a fortune on Mata and almost as much for Fellaini.
Yep, true. Around 27 is the number I knew of, which is slightly higher than last season. Question remains, as Stack says, whether that includes the shorter crosses from inside the box.
I agree with you there, he has some funds. After the summer we will have a much better idea of how much these funds may be, 30 Mill? or 150 mill. Time will tell. The bottom line is that Moyes has been granted funds to work with. This is the current substantive evidence. 37 for Mata and 35 for Fellaini. Both huge funds. Maybe you have speculative pessimism about how much he'll get in the future but this all seems beyond the scope of why Moyes is failing to deliver.
If Man City, who came 2nd last season, hired Moyes and is sitting 7th right now; do United fans would think Moyes just needs time and everything will come good for the City?
Or were we gonna laugh our ass off, and hoping the City is daft enough to keep Moyes for six years?
I agree. When I'm watching the biggest club in England play medieval football and struggle to 7th place the only thing on my mind is how clever the whole thing is.What a completely idiotic thread. The only think more idiotic would be sacking Moyes.
I said it before Moyes is a capable manager, capable of keeping a team in the top half of the table. But when he comes up against the top clubs he is usually no match for the tactical cleverness of the managers of those clubs. And that is the reason why he has never won anything. He always seems clueless. "I don't know what we have to do to win"? I do, get a manager with a clue.If SAf is coaching him and learning him, then he could turn out to be a genius. But if not we are fcuked.David Moyes's Sack Watch ??
That should go in the unpopular opinions thread.
Good article. He is clueless, and I feel sure it will not be long until every single United fan realises it. Good article here... http://strettynews.com/a-new-unacceptable-low/
Will we keep the moral high ground by keeping Moyes forever but get him some good coaches? Some renowned, progressive, modern thinking coaches? I can't for the life of me believe anybody is responding to the current crop, and if they are, they're obviously doing a shit job of making us pass the ball to each others feet.
At the moment, I'd say no...Is there any other type?

What about after eight months, if the manager has digressed the champions to seventh?Because you don't sack managers every three minutes.
You do not hire managers who have won jack shit either. But if SAF hired him to learn him and he is a good student then we would have more decades of success after maybe 3 years of adjustment time. Moyes has a lot to learn though. I wish him well.Because you don't sack managers every three minutes.

He made a huge mistake letting go of the coaches we had at this club. Even Phelan for that matter. He knew the club and how it was run from top to bottom. Rene was world class. At least for the first season, he should have kept them. What is Neville and Round compared to them? But regarding your point, coaches might help. But then again, it is him making the final decision. It depends on his ego then. Will he take all the advice he is getting? Or still ignore the coaches and continue his methods to a certain point? Will we keep the moral high ground by keeping Moyes forever but get him some good coaches?
