All this talk about his demeanor and "passion" is armchair psychology, if we're being honest with ourselves. Him baying from the sidelines, going all Di Canio for a goal may inspire some "false bravado", but that fades quickly. Ultimately, if the team isn't good enough, it's not good enough. Of course Moyes needs to turn things around, but I don't see how his behavior in public is harming things. Maybe the fans would benefit, but we're a bunch of fickle, irrational bastards anyway, once results improve we'll forget about his dour demeanor.
