LVG has been average, Mourinho has been up and down. Pretty much the same. I also don't give a shit about things that happened a decade ago. So his past wins with us hold little value for the here and now.

Has there been any evidence of this supposed player power though? Find it hard to believe players would deliberately underperform. Their careers are also on the line. Many of them are competing for national team places for this year's Euro. I don't believe it.

Yes he comes with baggage and controversy but he is almost guaranteed short term success and that controversy is viewed differently for the most part when the person causing it is on your side.
And let's be honest here it can't get much worse than the dross we are being served up every week right now, at least with him if the football isn't entertaining he will be.

Mourinho deserves to get sacked. He has caused a similar situation twice before. This time the results are horrible as well. He has burnt too many bridges I think.
He had Chelsea playing some great football early last season, he is capable of it.

Do you really need evidence with all that it´s happening? The Hazard injury story, Mourinho´s press conference comments about some players, the overwhelming majority of Chelsea fans thinking the same? The type of effort and performance of key players after the same players won the league and the league cup last year. You can understand them not being at the top but fighting relegation? It´s obvious Mourinho has responsability in this but the players aren´t blameless and played a big part in Chelsea´s downfall
