Schneider, quite a common name and easy to spell and add lin. Not difficult at all.

I don't think he is 'homegrown' though. He needs to have been registered for 3 years before his 21st birthday. He was signed in June 2008 and his 21st birthday was in November 2010.
Just in case this actually happens, I'm reliably informed Schneiderlin is pronounced more Shne-der-lan, than the Wesley Sneijder-lin or Bernt Schneider-lin that our commentators call him. Seeing as he's actually French, so it's not the Dutch/German pronounciation.
