Not a bad guy (Whale Killer)
He is right there in the middle. No Herrera?

Schneiderlin > Anderson
I also remember Ferguson really praising Southampton in 2013 where we won 2-1, calling them the best team to play at Old Trafford that season. Schneiderlin played the full 90.Interesting to know that he played against us in that cup tie we played against them in January 2009 (and the 2011 one). They were in a dire state back then, he really is a club legend there - been right from the bottom up to the glory days they have had in the last 2 years (Being a classy top half Premier League team getting into Europe).
Dunno about that, in terms of excitement at the time, when we signed Anderson he was hyped as being the next Ronaldinho.
It's right up there with 2007 isn't it
Depay = Nani
Schneiderlin > Anderson
Schweinsteiger > Hargreaves
Just need a striker to rival Tevez I guess
Well the difference is Anderson was about 80% excitement over what he can potentially do and 20% what he's actually done. With Schneiderlin we're signing someone who has already been one of the top midfielders in the premier league
I would put Schneiderlin=Hargreaves, actually Hargreaves was even a better transfer (cold cover more positions on high level).
If Hargreaves was a better transfer, we're doomed
I saw one the other day say he'd actually prefer them selling him to us rather than Arsenal, etc.Reading the Saints Web forum and it's really refreshing to see fans pleased for their player to be moving on to another club for a change, I hope he gets a good reception when we play them next season.
Because the English media are fecking useless. One thing to note is that why didn't any reporter pick up on it earlier? There's a bunch of United fans on Twitter who tweeted the reporters (before it was announced) saying they all saw Schneiderlin go into Carrington 5 minutes after Schweinsteiger came. Something dodgy going on there in regards to withholding of information for betting purposes?

Never been happier to have been so wrong!
"And I remember the meeting, with the transfer muppets of RedCafe. And they said we could sign Schweinsteiger AND Schneiderlin...
Was probably one of them who put a 4 figure bet on him signing today. One thing to note is that why didn't any reporter pick up on it earlier? There's a bunch of United fans on Twitter who were at the training ground who tweeted the reporters (before it was announced) saying they all saw Schneiderlin, clear as day, go into Carrington about 5 minutes after Schweinsteiger went in. Something dodgy going on there in regards to withholding of information for betting purposes?
Sam the time is there for you to return to the shire and to evaluate your opinions on King Woodward
We deserve this, fellow muppet brothers. Finally a midfield befitting of a team like Manchester United.
From Anderson/Cleverley/Giggs/Gibson/Fletcher/Carrick
To Herrera/Mata/Carrick/Schneiderlin/Di Maria/Schweinsteiger/Blind
He did very well when we won the league and CL in 2008. Other than that he didn't do much..
some posters had a shocker in this thread, no patience whatsoever ....
(Get innnnn )
Higuain? Where did you get that one from? No chance.Think Higuan, Oblak and Otamendi to come in.
