Thank you for asking, it’s about time you lot started seeking out my vast football knowledge and general wisdom.

They’ve had a collapse and missing a few of their first teamers has exposed the fragility of their understudies. Let’s see how the rest of the season plays out.

To be honest, it's not new. We had a shit start to the season when we had a few players out, are having a shit spell with a few players out, & got put out the FA Cup when he rested players.

Think that's good evidence to suggest the squad options are shit. Lots of work for them still to do.
 
Chelsea tonight and then an absolutely awful team at the weekend.

If they lose to Chelsea they'll be down in the dumps and should they lose at the weekend to an amateur side then serious questions will need to be asked of him after 3 seasons

Will probably be a proper bumfight this weekend, 2 teams low in quality & confidence, scrapping it out to see who stumbles into 5th.

Arteta would actually look perfect for this United side. Huge ego like our players but little substance.

Even better, take half of our players and you can keep arteta edu. You can also have Mark Goldridge as a replacement for DT :p

Come to think of it, not sure i'd take half of your players. DDG, Pogba, Sancho and Elanga would be welcome here if wages were not an issue. We might find a spot for that Ronaldo guy too :angel:

Another one that many people on here got wrong beside me. Arteta is doing a fantastic job. In fact, the blueprint he is using at Arsenal is the one that ETH should follow at United. Despite having the worst squad of the top four contender baring west ham, he is in a good position to get a champion league place if he wins this game.
 
Scholes just called him a disgrace for influencing the ref and also getting the players and the crowd to influence him.
 
Everyone laughed at Tim Cahill but I think he was right about him. His philosophy is good. Whether he has the other minerals to succeed is yet to be seen but I think he’s probably the best of the recent ex-player managers in the league (Lampard, gerrard, Ole etc.)
 
Admittedly I don't watch alot of arsenal but they don't seem too dissimilar to us when I have seen them. Shambles defensively, decent on the counter and rely on individuals. He irritating as fcuk on the sidelines as well
 
Mastermind from Arteta today. Deflection, a penalty which should never have been, and a goal that should have been disallowed.
 
Wouldn't call what he did a masterclass vs us or Chelsea
They were just less shit / more lucky in both games

I am interested to see how they do next season with extra games though
