I said we are very unlikely to sign Ozil, and although he could be there just to see Fulham play, you don't think it's strange he's going on a scouting mission (whether he's scouting Fulham or Ozil) ahead of a game against Chelsea tomorrow, and he is also missing the open session. He probably is there to see Fulham, but he could easily have sent Phelan to see how Fulham are doing and what we can expect in 2 weeks time.
Again, I will put the question forward that should put this thread to bed, where is Gill? If Gill is at Fulham as well, then you know something is up. If Gill is in Manchester or at the public session then we can safely assume nothing will happen regarding Ozil.

Hmmm. My first thoughts were this is a normal scouting job to check out a team which is proving to be troublesome to beat recently.
But whats the point of watching a pre season game where the best Fulham team might not even be playing? Anyways if he is actually interested in Ozil i dont expect him to be signed before the last week of this month.
