What a day
Fine with that personally. Maybe Ruben knew with that 'mistakes of the past' line after the game.Seems negotiations have fallen through after Bayern were insistent on an obligation buy rather than an option

No probably not because the 'Jim is another Glazer' line has been disproven.Bet all the Walk Away merchants are happy
Rashford has been irrelevant for a while now anyway but no I doubt it.We are going to end up shipping Rashford to Villa and not getting anyone in, aren't we?

Good, we are not letting our desperation push into an obligation clause.I'm fine with walking away if it's because Bayern want an obligation to buy. They're clearly keen sellers and probably won't give him enough game time. Shouldn't be boxed into a buy if he doesn't translate.
If it happens in July then the amortised position will have improved and we'd be in a different PSR window.Presumably we can't agree since we'd be then in a position where we absolutely have to sell a player in the summer and the Rashford deal is optional so can't be relied upon
100%We are going to end up shipping Rashford to Villa and not getting anyone in, aren't we?

Bed IS our saviour, get someone in!Oh we fecked, not that bed be our savior but we need to get someone in
Not too fussed with this. Obligation to buy should raise alarm bells in that Bayern were willing to let him go.
Lad is a work in progress and maybe we're better off holding out for the summer to get a more experienced no9.

I don’t understand why Bayern would insist on an obligation to buy for a 19 year old? That’s a red flag if ever there was one.
Rumors say Bayern wanted loan with obligation for 60M as that's the fee agreed with Spurs.
As desperate as we are for goals spending 60M on Tel is not the smartest choice. We've done good to walk away if that's the case.
Now we’re desperate so it’s Nkunku or Bailey on loan. You just have to laugh now, it’s all only going to continue being a miserable season.
