We were never in on this deal. Dont have money for sale even if we wanted and would have struggled even with loan, while others have money for outright purchase

I wouldn’t mind taking him on loan but not at the expense of Garnacho, if we can shift someone else out on loan to enable us to bring him in then I think it will be good business and bolster our attack a bit.

Tel is not creative as a LW/LAM enough for Gyokeres.
Tel is much more of a shooter from outwide than a passer. I remember Gyokeres used to play LW too. When you consider someone like Musiala and even Amad - Tel is much more a forward than those 2 imo.
If Tel does come I reckon its to be our striker be that on loan most likely.

Mainoo can’t play that role, it suits an aging Bruno better.
