We manage to bottle a deal which was won by the bottlers

Who changed the thread title into that of all things? 'fess up!

I wasn't really sold on this potential one anyway. I don't think throwing in another unproven, young player would be a great idea right now. We need/needed someone who is more experienced and who is going to bring goals. The squad seems to be unbalanced with lots of younger players who are still learning their trade, e.g. Hojlund, Zirkzee, Yoro, Amad, Garnacho, Mainoo, Collyer, etc. We need an older player in this particular role.

Doesn't look like we're going to get that person right now anyway, but I'd rather save the money now for later, instead of potentially adding another problem or headache to the side.

Better play our own prospects than someone elses. Loan only + fee? Bayern can feck off. He is not proven anyeay, not even a CF we need. Having only two not developed CFs for the rest f the season is grim.

Funny how when we loan our players WE pay to play for other clubs. NO loan fee. A joke

So his league debut will be against Manchester United next gameweek. Knowing our luck, we know where he's getting his first goal of the season.

I'm happy we didn't pay the £5m for a 19 year old with no option to buy. That's a fecking terrible deal. Feck bayern and feck Spurs.

Our structure is broken in term of salary vs performance. Others are rightly so not going to pay unless they benefit? It's not like we have an over abundance of talents fighting for the spots and need to go on loan. We loan out mostly problem players on ridiculous wages.
