Ramirez is underrated, I think. Almost always impressed by him.

Agreed, Hazard is very overrated in my opinion. Most of it is hype the player himself has created purely through Twitter too.

Let's put it this way. Chelsea made a bargain when they signed him for 26M €. These days I would value him between 40M-50M € I'm afraid, well unless Chelsea wants to get rid of him for whatever reason which means we could maybe get him for 30M € or Rooney + 10M €.
I think even you don't believe that. Mata is comfortably Chelsea's best player since they bought him. Hazard certainly has the talent to be as good as him in years time(and even better depending on his development) but at the moment he's not even close to what Mata brings to them.
Ramirez plays at another position but the comparison is even more questionable...

They might as well not sign Mata then if Walcott is going to take the dead ball at all times.
He could play on the left and interchange with Cazorla or Wilshere in midfield.

That's what. Arsenal has 3-4 internationals in the AM/winger position. And someone would have to make way/rotate with Mata. And the weakest of them I find is Walcott. Or maybe a midfield trio of Cazorla-Wilshere-Ramsey with any two of Mata/Walcott/Podolski on the wings.
Mata will only come to Arsenal if he's guaranteed a starting place. Walcott is needed to add more fire up front and width. I can see Ramsey as the one to give away.
One of them will be injured for some ungodly length of time anyway. Podolski is out for three weeks after this morning.
Also Lukas might have to be Giroud's cover as well given we haven't signed a backup yet. Sanogo played this morning and is absolutely not ready.

Mata would be an awesome player for any side, if Arsenal get him then good luck to them but for Chelsea to even consider selling him they would need to be out of their minds...
