£16m plus Nani on loan allegedly. He's been telling the world and his milkman he's a United player, seems like we're just awaiting official confirmation.
16M pounds allegedly with Nani to Sporting on a season-long loan and us paying most of his wages.
Nani could go there, play regularly, get back the confidence he once had and absolutely destroy the Portuguese league and then next season come back to us as a completely different person and a world beater.

Well, Nani has already shown that he can be quality in the Prem, he's just too inconsistent and loses form too easy, he would probably play regularly there and could find his form. But my post wasn't too serious anyways.
Bebe was good, but his spell in Portugal is overrated on here tbh. Plus unlike Nani he doesn't have a past history either and proven even if inconsistent talent.
And nobody will pay 14 million pounds for Nani right now. If Nani does well in Portugal it will definitely attract the Russians again to pay hopefully.
I'd pay that if I were a europa league team in Italy, Spain or Germany

That is the worst song so far, @Glock17. It's so bad that it's funny again, much like Cleverley's ability to attack the space.
He's 27 going 28 coming off 2 real bad seasons and constant injury issues and seems to have lost some pace and acceleration as well. Very few teams will take that risk or can even afford too considering his wages also. Those that can probably don't want him anymore.
We can sell him for 6/7 million pounds max maybe even less right now depending on finding a buyer this late or just keep him around in the bench and pay extra in cash for Rojo. Even if Sporting are paying 25-30% of his wages makes some sense.
This is so bad it had to be done on purpose. It just had to be.
Nani is either going to be incredibly complacent and have no motivation, or just absolutely tear up that league. We should have given them Anderson on a free, would have been a better deal.
He'll be a good signing. But our transfer dealings this summer are still a far cry of what they should be.
Who would we get that from? No one who can afford his wages appears to want him and that includes us. So, right now, it's either a subsidised loan or a player drawing his full wage to sit in the stand.
