They should choose between 20m or 25m and Anderson

Anderson  No thanks. Not only we don´t need him, i doubt he would join any club in Portugal besides Porto. I´m all for Nani but that Record report is obviously a fabrication

It's doesn't matter if you don't want him mate.... Do a club a favour and take him. Please. Just take him.

feel about as apathetic on this one as I did Vermaelen.

But, trusting in the manager is key.

I get the feeling surviving until the international break is key! We need to battle through the next two aways and get wins to stay amongst it

With Nani's long contract and and a good world cup I feel like he's almost the same value as our £16 million bid for Rojo

He had a good world cup? That´s news for me because here in Portugal no one was considered good in Brazil. Not a single player. He wasn´t bad but to say he was good it´s stretching a bit.

Nani talk is surely bollocks. I mean he´s on something like 90k per week. We pay that monthly to our best player. Would love to have him here. Won´t happen though.

Rojo's giving an interview to Sporting TV tonight btw. Will be interesting to see what's said of the whole thing.

This should be interesting. How many muppets will tune in to listen to an interview in a language we don't understand? :D

You get him on loan with a good purchase option and we'll pay 50% of his wages. In return you guys pull your heads out of your ass and agree on €20m upfront for Rojo which is more than fair and make nice with Doyen and shake hands. Everybody happy !

I´ll translate and put here mate. He will probably apologize and Bruno de Carvalho will let him leave. I wouldn´t mind that he left. Sick of this affair and our french u20 world champ former Lyon center back Sarr had a nice debut yesterday. I just want players like Rojo and Slimani out of the club as much as i want Doyen.

Sry mate. It´s Rojo that needs to pull his head out of his ass not us.

Another one bites the dust.

Come on Woody, just get one miserable, shitting deal tied up.

On the contraire mate. I think you will wrap up the deal now mate. No way he´s staying mate. He´s going to apologize and leave. Almost certain.

fecks' sake. How many deals can we screw up embarrassingly? No club or agent is going to want to deal with us in the future as we keep embarrassing the club, the target player, the agent etc. The world of football transfers is about short sharp coseying, a fat cheque and a few golden handshakes. Not wishy washy negotiating.

So he is going to like say, hey sorry guys for not training with you and not wanting to play for you and all because I wanted a move to United that Sporting were being dicks about, but now they have agreed to let me move so it is all cool. Bye bye ?

Can't imagine he on Sporting's own channel says he will leave, doubt that very much, don't make sense for me. Problary say's he will stay and apologise...

Explain how we've "embarrassingly screwed" this one up?

Thanks. As you can see our fans are super negative about EVERYTHING atm. I would assume that the situation between Rojo and Sporting is untenable so wouldn't expect a u-turn but you never know.

Yeah something like that. I would like to thank Sporting from saving me from the Spartak nightmare and relaunching my career. It was thanks to Sporting that i returned to the Argentina national team and played the world cup. Now i want to earn 10 times more, play and live in the exotic city of Manchester and eat fish and chips on daily basis. It was all my fault and i thank the President for letting me go to England. Thanks for the memories and i hope Sporting wins the league, blah blah the usual recycled crap footballer speech.

He will leave mate. Just a question of knowning to where.

Somehow this would strike me as odd

The fact that it's in the public arena now. These things are usually wrapped up very quickly and any legal disputes between club and agent would have been investigated and sorted and the right people paid off before a public bid was made known i.e the BBC article. United would have been naively thinking the deal was done to leak that to the BBC or to allow it to be made public and now all the nonsense around Sporting and Doyen emerges and the transfer collapses. I'm not saying the deal is over but our track record suggests otherwise. And Rojo going and doing an interview on their own tv station days after being disciplined for trying to force a move? Doesn't bode well.

That´s just me being bitter mate :p But like i said in previous posts, Sarr´s (Rojo´s replacement) performance yesterday was very encouraging, so i´m looking forward to seeing him evolve. No point in keeping an unhappy player at the club. Let him leave, so every part of the equation gets their wishes.
