Henry got it spot on. He bossed the midfield all night even with them being down to 10 men. What a talent he is.
What's the point? Your manager wouldn't use his strengths - he'd also play him out of position probablySign the fecker, this is the guy we should get

Why would he come? We have to be realistic.Sign the fecker, this is the guy we should get

Pogba has his choice of clubs, United or PSG? Bale is clearly unhappy & just may be shown the door, so he might be available. Verratti is a key player in an excellent side & I would think, worth paying anything we might offer in wages. Why would he come? Why would Pogba come? Why would Bale come? If we get UCL I don't see why he wouldn't tbh if he was inclined to play in the EPL

He does have a serious case of angry midget syndrome though. I get being aggressive and committed. However, he's pretty rash and needs to gain a bit more composure without the ball and learn when to 'turn it on', so to say.
Even Blanc had problems earlier on this season with his indiscipline and tendency to collect yellows. Great performance today though, both defensively and on the ball. Has the makings of a top player.
I agree with that. He's probably far from the easiest player to have in the team considering that.
Ok fair enough - that's the only way we'd get that kind of quality, from a leading European Club.I already said it in my previous post... if he was inclined to play in the PL
I think we need someone like that in our midfield tbh, yes he needs to tone it down, but we're a bunch of pussys in there apart from the big fella
Verratti isn't usually this good, aggressive or hard working. It was a very strong performance though, but I agree that we would need someone who played like Verratti in this game. I think that both the mood of the match helped a lot of the players today look very good in that regard though, with some taking a step further and crossing the line completely.
We should definitely sign one of PSG's midfielders, they have Motta, Matuidi, Veratti, Rabiot, Cabaye + Luiz played there last CL match. They can miss one.
This was his usual self. He works hard constantly and is aggressive too. Just look at the amount of yellow cards he's stacked up. He is a YC waiting to happen because of his aggression. Don't know what you're on about.
Every time I've watched him this season, he's shown the same level of intensity. He has a tendency of being nonchalant though.Don't agree. I think he usually has less intensity about him and he's a very aggressive player on a regular day but today he looked a level above that. I think this can be considered a for Verratti very good game rather than his average week to week performance for PSG.
Maybe I am overreacting a bit but he bossed the midfield today like certain Irishman from Cork. Would be a great signing.
I'd be all for a Di Maria-Verrati switch.
Would just like him to keep his cool a bit more really. He's young, so he should learn it eventually. Just at the moment, every game I watch he seems as if he's going to get himself sent off or guarantee a booking.
How is Rabiot doing? Another big midfield talent at their club.
