The thing is, he won't get sacked or resign. Just like Moyes, I feel like they'll only sack him once it becomes mathematically impossible to reach the top 4.

Who knows though, I wish we could pry into the mind of Woodard to see what he was thinking.

Could he be sacked?

I didn't had any feeling that his job could br under question until this run of result and when everything around United look so negative. TBF I wouldn't be surprised if he is sacked in near future.

Well its the fans who pay the bills. Shit football, no entertainment and no progress. This will be a issue for business. Its been shit for years now to be fair. Maybe the folks running our club are to old and outdated, because this shit cant go on and on.

How do you know this? Because he turned down Liverpool does not mean he would turn down United.
Fair point I just see no point in him saying it if he didn't mean it. I mean surely he'd be better off issuing a come and get me plea.

The poll has taken a big swing tonight. It might be a knee-jerk reaction for some but it is clear the fans are despondent.

Why do we have to make mistakes again and again. United need to respect the fans. United has been shit since SAF walked out the door.

3 wins in 12 games...

Signs have been there all season. Today was the day I think we'll look back on as the day he lost both the fans and players.

I'll get a lot of shit for this but IMO Woodward is out of his depth just as much as LVG.

He is a bigger moron. At least VG has a previous track record of success at different clubs, this guy is a complete novice, made in charge of the biggest club in world football. They both need to be replaced. We need someone with experience in football matters to be our CEO.

Woodward should be in charge of the commercial aspect of the club only. The Glazers need to bring in someone to deal with the football side of it

We need a DOF to support Woodward. He's a money man trying to be a football man.

Guys guys. We're only 3 points from top. We're still in the top 4. We went further in the League Cup. We qualified for the Europa League knock out stages. Progress my friends..

Agreed. By all accounts Woodward has done a phenomenal job on the commercial side of the club. I don't think he'd be willing to accept a demotion though.

Fair enough. I sure hope he's not happy because if he is, God help us all.
Can't see anyone being happy. 2 years ago we waited until top 4 was out of reach before sacking Moyes so I can see us parting ways after the season, unless some drastic upturn happens.

I agree, depends how it's done I suppose. He could in theory just hire someone new like he did on the commercial side and oversee it all, therefore if anything he has just promoted himself. I'm sure the Glazers don't want to lose him so they'd be on board I imagine

that fecking look t Giggs when Chicha missed that peno.... That's bugging me like feck now. "he can't score"........................

If Giggs was involved in Chicharito going he should be turfed out as well. Chicharito has made the club look foolish in our judgement.

Yes. Sadly he's not a football man, though.

Nothing sad about it, people still refuse to see that almost all the clubs have DOFs, we are not smarter than everyone else.

Agree. We want this one manager one football voice paradise but we have to realise that SAF is gone and the club is different now and must adapt.

What's so alarming for me is the fact that it seems he has decided we need to become more attacking and, as a result, has completely thrown away 18 months of tactical work. Our defence, admittedly with changed personnel (but also the same mid-week), look lost again.

He seems to be completely lacking in any direction or conviction of an end-game. He'll start panicking now, with attempts to make us more entertaining, which will either earn him redemption if the results improve or unravel to his sacking.
