Football365: Louis van Gaal has taken a short-term lease on a house over fears he might be sacked
As written by the trustworthy Neil Custis in The Sun and marvellously copied by football365.

Things are getting desperate.

He truly defies life.

How can someone be so incompetent at their job yet be allowed to continue?

We Lost, Lost, Lost and Lost (Stoke) and he was on the brink of being sacked and saved his job with a 0-0 against Chelsea.

We then Won, Won, Drew and Won, but played terribly in every game and then Lost, and he was yet again on the brink. But saved as we beat a championship team

We've Won, Drawn and Lost, whilst being horse shit and he's still here...

Speaking of Custis, I reckon LvG was channeling Samuel L. Jackson when he told him off.

He may not be a very good coach anymore but he sure as hell can still do Bad Motherfecker.

Can you believe the last sentence in The Sun's report?

Van Gaal ‘refused to commit to a six-month let,’ Patrick adds. A club source tells him: “Fans will speculate that this means the end is nigh for Louis – and that might well be the case.

“But it could also mean that he wants to actually buy somewhere here and wants to be able to move in as quickly as possible.”

Every morning I come to check this thread for updates... but perhaps for the first time I'm absolutely shocked that there's been no announcement or serious rumour that something is underway.

Utterly baffling

I'm changing tactics as its doing my head in

now i'm expecting the worst (LVG stays) so my expectations are already rock bottom so it cant get any worse

We'll no doubt just about beat the minnows in Europa and FA Cup and then LvG will have a huge grin on his face again and tell the press his job is safe, Ed loves him like a brother and because we won two games in a row its title winning form blah blah blah.

This season can't end any sooner for me!

Out on away goals in the Europa I reckon, with a 'brave' display of possession at home when we need to score.

Yep. Can't wait for it to end really.

United lack leadership and lack a voice.

What reason do fans have to believe things will turn around?! All we get is Woodward telling investors that we are making big bucks for the Glazers and LvG telling us that we're shite and everything is too difficult and to lower our expectations.

It's awful. Sod everyone who opposes Mourinho. The bloke will bring more passion than LvG and Moyes could muster in Kate Upton's bedroom and a winning mentality we haven't come close to seeing from either

There's one thing I don't understand. Why do the vast majority of caftards not want Giggs as our next manager? Is it just because of Gary Neville? I'd be happy if he was to replace LVG. We'd get a man who'll want to stay here for a long time, someone who'd play attacking football in proper Man United style and he'd probably have a great pull on new signings as well. To me, he seems to have the perfect personality for the job.

I want him almost as much as I want Mourinho, and I want him more than Pochettino, although I'd be happy with Pochettino as well.

I honestly don't know where to start here. Have you read the forum at all in the past 6 months?

It seems like the in thing is too hate Giggs and love Scholes.

He has absolutely zero experience of running a top club, and given our current situation of appoint two crap managers in a row that didn't work out we're not exactly in the best position to hire a total unknown like Giggs. Could it be a success? Doubtful, but there is a chance. But the chance that it goes bottoms up and we set ourselves back even further is much higher.

It is too much of a risk. Giggs needs to go elsewhere and prove himself if he wants the United job later down the road. He doesn't deserve to be manager of United just because he was a legendary player for us. End of.

Makes sense.

He's turned us into the Human Centipede. We're just glued ass to mouth and can't go any faster than crawling pace and are suffering from blood poisoning.

Atleast the patience understood what the doctor was trying to create lol, VG classic case of the captain of the titanic, and has no clue what to do has the ship begins to sink

I think officially worse than Moyes for me now.....sickens me.

He's far far worse than Moyes. We all new that Moyes was a huge risk from the get go. LVG on the other hand, was seemingly a world class coach that would get us back on top in no time.

Yet hear we are a year and a half into his reign, £250 million lighter and worse than when he took over. An utter shambles.

He's now throwing the players under the bus. Says that he's been 'very disappointed' with Bastian.
Really? Also about they didn't look up for it when warming up? He has said that before this season. Has he lost them. If they look not up for it, then make sure they are when you get them in the dressing room before they go out. Earn your money.

He said that last year against Everton away.

So, he'll be sitting there with his stupid writing pad and that stupid look on his face against the Midgets on Thursday..:mad:

Its all a bit too quiet

....as its been for half the feckin season.

It is so frustrating!
Think we need to do something.
If i lived closer, i'd go have a talk with the Glazers or Ed myself!

I think that the only way the club will start to consider letting Van Gaal go is if the fans start to disengage from the club. When their social media following drops and revenues take a downturn they might notice something amiss.....
