I had a drink last night, good night sleep. But i still cannot digest the first half football
Smalling has already come out and said something along those lines...Cue Rooney or Carrick coming out saying 'the lads are trying and we'll work hard for the next game' or some shit.
Roman would have had him escorted out of the ground straight after the game. Before he even had chance to do any interviews.Depends if the board need to meet and discuss the situation. What do the Glazers want?
If we were owned by an Abramovic type, he could have gone last night.
Giggs should be the interim manager the rest of the season and Mourinho to take over when the season ends. Unfortunately, if LVG continues I can see United with no Champions League next season.
Indeed. The earlier the better. We're still in with a shout of top 4 too. You never know what kind of lift he might give the squad. It wouldn't make sense to appoint a manager whos available now, at the end of the season.
Reading people saying we should give it to giggs (even for rest of season)
If anyone vouches for giggs after him, he
should be put in a mental assylum. Is harming the club to the extent he has, not good enough for you ? We need immidiate change of manager and it has to be Mourinho. we have no time to let people learn the job.
yep. at this stage it is doing more harm than good in keeping him as manager. Our season is done under this man. I've said it plenty of times, but he's simply no longer good enough for this job. Its irresponsible to allow him to continue.
Maybe we gave them a dose of their own medicine and became game raising cnuts.I posted in the match day thread he would score the winner when he came on.
That shite Norwich beat us 2-1 at home a month ago. Says it all really. Liverpool fans must be raging mad we best them at Anfield last week. The only good thing about LVG has been his record against the scousers.
Shots on target at home in league football this season:
1) R Madrid 103
2) Bayern 91
3) Tottenham 87
4) Barcelona 86
...
85) Man Utd 35
If you mean Mourinho,Sure it would, the man is mentally a mess and needs a time out.It wouldn't make sense to appoint a manager whos available now, at the end of the season.

He said as clearly as he could that he is not happy with LVG.Here's the Gill interview.

Its also quite remarkable that Spurs have one more than Barca when you consider they(Barca) have a far superior team. That's brutal.
I've been saying this all season. You have to adapt to your market. Lvg is clearly incapable of adapting outside of his manualMakes me laugh Leicester with a terrible squad just play basic 442 attack with hard work and get brilliant results but we play negative shite every week and get results to match.
Football isn't as complex as some make out, just fecking go for it and well win some games, LVG will never do that though.
I'm sure I remember reading that Gill is championing mourinho for the job. Here's the Gill interview.

Prepare for links to Neymar/bale/Ronaldo/Cavani and every tom dick and harry as woodward tries to deflect the attention of the fans. I think there might be a close to getting Guardiola rumour too and just with that you can add a new fancy name to head of academy position. The truth is this -
Glazers dont give a feck, they only care about how much money they make, Woodward doesnt give a feck, neither do Fergie/ charlton, Our club is dying, we cannot do anything about it.
Some very interesting insight. He's clearly pointing towards Woodward, Glazers, and the team in the USA as the decision makers on football matters. He said as clearly as he could that he is not happy with LVG.
I remember that too.I'm sure I remember reading that Gill is championing mourinho for the job.
Yep, it's been obvious since he arrived that he doesn't adapt to get the best out of what's available to him, he makes everything and everyone else change to what he deems right whether it works or not.I've been saying this all season. You have to adapt to your market. Lvg is clearly incapable of adapting outside of his manual
What did he actually say in short? Also they would be foolish not to listen.
His word would have also suggested Moyes would have never been in the running for the United job after Fergie left....
I've always thought Moyes was against Gill's wishes, too. Some very interesting insight. He's clearly pointing towards Woodward, Glazers, and the team in the USA as the decision makers on football matters.
He's still a board member, or director like Sir Alex, isn't he?I think Gill would still be connected enough to know what is going on at the club. The real question is how made up this supposed radio is.
If you listen to it he says there are 2 boards, one which is the main club board run by Woodward etc and the other football ambassadorial board with fergie and gill et al. He also says the football board which he sits on has nothing to do with executive decisions and only has an input if directly asked by the other board. He's still a board member, or director like Sir Alex, isn't he?
