I think you'll be disappointed. If he were to be sacked before the Chelsea match we'd have done so tonight I think. I doubt we'll do it on the off day tomorrow.when I wake up tomorrow I expect to see news of van gaal leaving united.

Both the club and LvG's representatives will claim "left by mutual consent".I suspect your mate may feel different of he had a multi-million pound contract that would be paid up if he was sacked.
I'd be surprised if he resigned given the money it'll cost him. The club need to act if they want him gone.
Just saw a stat that we've the lowest amount of points in our PL history after 18 games.
That is depressing.
I take your point, its not an ideal or long term solution but its the only one I can see us making with who is available that will turn our season around in the short term.Just out of interest... what makes you think Jose would be any different in this respect?
honestly it's an "optimistic" prediction more than anything. I will probably wake up tomorrow to see that nothing has changed.I think you'll be disappointed. If he were to be sacked before the Chelsea match we'd have done so tonight I think. I doubt we'll do it on the off day tomorrow.
It's quite irritating. He should've been seen off within a couple of hours of the game, be it by his own accord or the clubs. Our board seems inept. I feel as if the weight of our clubs traditions and expectations are causing people to make bad decisions. I just hope someone learns from these mistakes and we actually move forward into the modern age of the game.
LVG
“I can quit by myself but that is something I speak about with Ed Woodward by himself,” the United manager said. “I will speak with him first and then with my staff. I need to have a conversation but I do not need to tell you what I want to say. I am not so interested in public talking.”
I find the fact he's still in the job unbelievable. Which leads me to believe the club haven't got a clue what they want to do, surely this is a sign Mourinho isn't wanted by our board.
Looks like the crowd on Monday will force him out then. So be it.https://m.facebook.com/manchesterun...724542745/10153414995732746/?type=3&source=48
This choice of quotes on the official united facebook page about sticking together would look stupid if we sack him. Hes staying at the moment i'd say.
Or that he doesn't want it it all!Or that he preferred not to take the job ahead of the Chelsea game....

Well get Giggs in for that!! Van Gaal should be gone.Or that he preferred not to take the job ahead of the Chelsea game....
Try UnitedinRed
Woodward will never leave
Or that he doesn't want it it all!
I would agree with this. They seem to be dithering.I find the fact he's still in the job unbelievable. Which leads me to believe the club haven't got a clue what they want to do, surely this is a sign Mourinho isn't wanted by our board.
Lets hope you're right. Keep Maureen as far from the United job as it's possible to get, please.Which leads me to believe the club haven't got a clue what they want to do, surely this is a sign Mourinho isn't wanted by our board.
Yep. His commercial expertise would undoubtedly attract a host of suitors across Europe. If we were stupid enough to dismiss him, he would have a job tomorrow at any of the other major clubs where all his experience and contacts would help them generate loads of money. Woodward is not the problem and I want him to stay.
Bloody hell, even Pogue doesn't post any more, that is how bad it's got.....
Looks like the crowd on Monday will force him out then. So be it.
Thats one of the postives of this situation.
It hasn't been all of a sudden. The football has been shit for ages. Everyone who sits around me at OT has been fecking sick of it for almost a year now.If you roll the clock back to not even a month ago after the Leicester game there was no pressure on LVG or even hints of it so this has all happened quite suddenly and I doubt Woodward and the board has been giving much thought to who could replace him midseason, it's probably not been on their radar till the past week.
