He's got to go before the Chelsea game for me, Giggs can take charge for me. Keeping LVG now isn't an option, I think we've less chance of winning with him in charge. The lift of him going to grab us an unlikely win.

I wonder how many is changing their votes now

Nothing is improving and we still look as awful as we did when LvG first took over.
No coincidence that the results changed when the backline got hit with injuries and schniederlin and Schwienie went missing from midfield.
Pretty sure it can get turned around, but I think we are finding out a lot more about some of our players. Many do not have a winning mentality, not a lot a coach can do about that. We can all believe a coach can make you believe, but if you don't believe yourself it ain't happening.
Just not sure whether LVG believes in the players he has. So many have not turned up today is was bad. Previously it was maybe 1 or 2, but today and Norwich it was probably 5 or 6.

Wasnt it Stoke and Chelsea? He still has one game, the club stands by their manager and the word they gave him.

He was supposed to be sacked if we lose one of the two gmaes. Once again the Sun lied to us.

Playing this badly really shouldn't be an option at United, and understandably everyone wants LVG to go, but I really hope some of our attackers also feel the brunt.

I think he'll be here until after the chelsea game depending on the result. Win and it buys him time, lose and he will go. The fans at OT will motivate and sanction the sacking for Woodward. I say keep woodward because his commercial skills are second to none, but take him away from negotiation of any football matters. The commercial exploitation world he knows brilliantly, the football world is a totally different game to which he is very naive.

If we lose, why put someone through that? He has been a great manager in the past. I would hate it if we had treat SAF with that sort of disrespect.

He was told to get 6 points from Norwich, Stoke and Chel$ki or he was toast.

I dont know exactly what was written the last few days, but i always thought they gave him time to turn it around, not exactly 6 points out of 2 games, but more like better performances and a win here and there.

Giggs in for Chelsea, Mourinho in thereafter. *unless Pep hasn't signed for City.

Do it Woody or so help me god

He will certainly be going soon so the board should just do it now before the Chelsea game - the atmosphere there would be toxic as all hell. Much better to draw a line under it now. Put Warren Joyce in for that game whilst getting whomever to take over.

In our case, the two are inextricably linked. Once we are perceived as no longer being a footballing power, sponsors may well take their money elsewhere. When we were winning titles with regularity, it must have been easier to convince sponsors to come along and bask in reflected glory. But that's the star the club hitched its fortunes to. We have to have success on the pitch to keep the money flowing in. There are other sources for sure but the whole Glazer deal was predicated on commercial exploitation.

The difference between you and the board is that they actually know what the atmosphere is like.

 Don't understand what you're saying. The atmosphere at OT for the Chelsea game will be really bad I would guess after today, so don't think persisting with LVG until then helps anybody.

How the feck is he still in a job?

- No win in 7
- 4 defeats in a row
- 4 wins in 16
- 14 wins in 34
- 6th in the table
- Out of the CL group stage
- Knocked out of the LC by Championship team

Seriously, what else does he have to do to get sacked?

Awful. Just plain awful.

Well said. If Woodward isn't signing Jose as we speak his is the next position that should be under review.

It really is remarkable.

The man has his pride, for his sake he should walk now.....also for the sake of our club.
I think so too. He's had a great career and he should end it by just walking away. It's semantics really because he'd get sacked soon anyway, but it's an even sadder way to end a successful career to get sacked.

Those are Moyesesque statistics. What the feck is Woodward and the board thinking?
