Eating regime is also very important, he needs to maintain a calorie deficit for a long time. Honestly, I think Mourinho ruined Lukaku's style by trying to make him into some sort of heavy battering ram. He was a different player at his previous clubs.I don't disagree, but stamina can be trained. If he lost the weight, he doesn't automatically become fitter, he needs to push his cardio work for that. It's funny, cause pushing himself more and more cardio wise would obviously burn more calories and bodyfat/muscle.
