Was it Robinho that got a load of sand dumped in his back garden 'cos he was homesick?

Paris folk are more often than not about as arrogant as you will find anywhere! Couldnt see why anyone would want to go there unless the money was too hard to refuse

Crepes is a very good reason to move to Paris ... unfortunately you have the French

Nah, "parisiens" are usually quiet nice and friendly, they just cant stand the miserable Brits who only speak English :D

It seems like a chapter without an end. First it was Manchester United, today it was PSG that have beaten the competition from Inter to close with Sao Paulo for Lucas. The rumor is that Leonardo’s club will make a max offer of 45 million euros (perhaps includes salary) for the 19 year-old. However, Wagner Ribeiro has once again denied all agreement:

“I am in Europe to watch the games. First they said Lucas signed for United and now it is PSG. Everyone is trying to build his story like a puzzle.” That was Ribeiro to Terra, a Brazilian website.

Then soon come the words of Adalberto Baptista, Sao Paulo sporting director. He has categorically denied all the rumors continue to circulate in Brazil.

“Every day, these rumors send him to a new club… Whatever happens, you will know through our website.”

What a boring transfer saga. Lucas has been transferred to Milan, Us and PSG in the last 48 hours.

Wagner Ribeiro acting innocent:lol:

He is behind all these stories.

Aye. It is full of Sneijder saga at some point.

We may still sign that kid, eventually... after the olympics.

Lucas Moura will play with my local 5 a side team next year.

I am joking of course.

If he's asking Robinho what he should do with his life he may aswel head to psg and enjoy the crepes. He only came to city after being surplus to requirements at Madrid and for the cash simple as that, and then fecked off the first chance he got.

And if 45 millions is true it's one of the biggest bank heists in ages. 19 years of age still plying his trade in brazil and on the bench a lot of the time for his national side, get the feck.

Has there ever been an exciting transfer saga? This is as exciting as it can get, beats him being linked to one club throughout the window.

The Berbatov saga was unbeatable. The sort of drama you can only expect from TV.

The Hazard saga was also exciting, mainly due to the guy being an utter spastic.

Yeah the Berbatov one was great.

You still got loads of people moaning over how boring the Hazard one was though.

Do you think the result influenced the opinion of the people?

Maybe we should start putting cash into Manchester to make it more exciting.

Well Rio owns a restaurant - not sure if Tevez included that in the two in Manchester, but it's a start.

Frankly one of Mansour's biggest crimes since pumping-up City has been his failure to change the weather in the city - the least he could've done was invest in cutting down all the damn rain

Inter Milan president Massimo Moratti claims PSG have offered Sao Paulo €45m for in-demand Brazilian Lucas Moura”

If anyone's going to complain about us not being able to compete in the transfer market due to not wanting to spend £35 mil on an unproven kid, then they're clearly soft in the head.

Last time i checked no one has offered that.

on the face of it city seem to be complying with FFP rules

what is going on at PSG though if this 'bid' is true - surely their revenue can't justify their spending the last 12 months

platini to the rescue - oh in fact wait....

I made these to help us in the coming days.

Er... why does the word of the Inter Milan chairman make this deal official?

His word bears a hell of a lot more weight than Bob Cass' in my eyes.

He might lie about the fee, but he has no reason to lie about PSG outbidding Inter.

Whether they've also outbidded United, and Lucas has chosen PSG probably won't be revealed until after the Olympics, but PSG must be favorites now that their interest is pretty much official.

PSG have Menez, Lavezzi, Nene, Pastore and a young Italian starlet called Verratti playing in those three positions. They then have Gameiro Luyindula and Hoarau as cover for Zlatan at least.
That's some front 4 they'll have whether they add Lucas or not.

Not sure how the registration rules are in France but for the CL they only have two players over the the age of 21 who count as HG.

They also only have 4 non eu spots, and i believe they currently have 6 non eu players.

You don't know what he was asked!!

If someone says 'Apparently Lucas is of to PSG for €40' you might get a Morratti response.

If that's true then our chances are probably over. Can't see us going that high.

Two exclamation marks, how savage of you.

I choose to read actual quotes however I see fit, and these seem quite certain and trustworthy - it sure as hell beats all the crap from the tabloids and agents.
