Rumours coming out now that the Yank set could well be region free
Just think, the US get this for $195 (£125)
And we get this for £270 ($423)
The US set is pretty sweet, I'll more than likely order that one rather than the piece of crap the UK are getting.
Man, I love Lost. More than 80% of my family.
It's rumoured but not confirmed.I thought I heard a while ago it was going to be region free? Is that not confirmed then?
Back in the day i used to order dvd's from usa and they all used to work despite all the region bollocks. I'll be getting the yank version of lost
Right, its down to £199.99 on Amazon now but mega bargain at Play at £149.99
Lost: The Complete Collection - Season 1 - 6 Box Set (Blu-ray) - Blu-ray at Play.com (UK)
Our set has been confirmed to come with no extras, however we will be getting the US set in October apparantly....I dont know whether to pre order it at Play or wait for the much better set...only problem is October is a very long wait and it will probably be at the £200 mark...hmmm
I just saw the extra footage online. Pointless.
One thing that I've always wondered was what DHARMA stood for. It was confirmed to be an acronym way back in season 2 or something.. Was that ever answered?
In regards to the l;eaked epilogue vid, is it good quality?
Epilogue talk:
Not what I was expecting, but quite cool. Walt is taking over Jacob then, looking after the island - lol @ those two workers.
That's a good summary.Well....
That was a bit disapointing the whole Walt thing didnt really answer anything...infact it just gave us more questions if anything! Polar Bears did not need explaining at all, I mean if you didnt know that they were there for experiments etc then you are not a smart cookie. ...infact thinking about it ALL the answers they gave us were ones that we pretty much knew anyway
It ended just when it was getting good aswell, I was surprised we didnt see any on island stuff. To me the epilogue should have been about what happend as soon as Jack died, i.e us finding out what happend to Des and then they could go and do the off island stuff and expand it by 5 minutes if they really have to.
I dunno, it just felt like they ended it just when it was going to get good.
Sounds like it could be a picture/recap book, hopefully that's not the case. The Lost Encyclopedia, created in conjunction with the creators and producers of the show, is the only official and comprehensive guide to the people, places, and mysteries of Lost. Featuring more than 400 pages and over 1500 images, the LOST Encyclopedia will be a comprehensive guide to the characters, items, locations, plotlines, relationships, and mythologies from all six seasons of the landmark series aired on ABC-TV and produced by ABC Studios. Created in full collaboration with ABC Entertainment and ABC Studios, this will be the first and only fully licensed and comprehensive reference to all things LOST, and it includes a foreword by executive producers Damon Lindelof and Carlton Cuse.
