Television Lost: Season 5

So essentially you're addicted..want to stop watching..but can't.

See you at the Season Finale

I know my last foray into this thread wasnt welcome, and dissenting opinions are not much appreciated in here. But I thought I would just pop in to concede that you were right - I couldnt quite stop watching it. I admit there is something quite compulsive about this show, even though I do not rate it as highly as some others in here - mainly because there are so many questions I want answered and I feel I have invested so much in it now I want to know how it turns out.

More to the point, however, I wanted to say I think this season has really picked up. I was getting a little frustrated with it for the preceding season or two but this season has put it right back up to being the show I originally started watching and thought was very good.

That kind of dissenting opinion is welcome, as it is well reasoned. I much like Lost, but it doesnt come close to the Sopranos.... (granted its a different style of show)

What i object to is people like Spoon continually coming in here to say "Lost is fecking shit" every single week

You listen to chimps you become a chimp yourself. I.E. Ignore the Spoony, otherwise you'll sink to his low ape scratching behaviour. love you really.

I'm guessing

POSSIBLE SPOILER - JUST MY GUESS

Kate saves Ben's life then. Or Richard.

Or I'm horribly wrong.

Just realized this was an April Fools

Damnit I never get tricked.

Loved the Hurley and Miles conversation! Think they might be reading the Caf :D

im starting to like jack

in the end ben looks like as if he's seen a ghost and it also sort of clears why ben doesn't remember sayid shooting him

Yeah, that was quite good. At least they know it's getting a bit confusing, so they're trying to explain it.

Decent episode.

Just seen the episode. to be fair they could have wittled this episode down to under half an hour. Dragged on abit with the whole Kate and Aaron thing.

Miles and Hurley are jokes.

At the end i thought Richard was going to take Ben to the cabin. But the temple it was. I miss the cabin..

Vidared just stick to the future spoilers thread please.

Your obviously not very good at this "don't talk about future episodes" thing.

 @ you guys thinking des realy is richards son, no chance. Though i think he may have meant to have said Faraday rather then Des because I think he picked up on the richard speaking to ellie first thing.
(when the other said something like "shouldnt you speak to ellie?")

In either case itts no spoiler, a foiler if anything

According the to the LOST website, Locke and the other lot are on the 'Hydra Island.'

We knew this already.

Hence the runway the Others made Kate and Sawyer work on.

If he meant Faraday, then it doesn't make any sense to mention Richard, as evidence/hints suggest Eliie and Widmore are the parents of Faraday.

The comment by VidaRed makes no sense, and it better not be a future spoiler.

wow, your abit slow

:)
I know but I'm trying to sort out how the hell they are going to make this work. If the Losties are on the main island in a different timeline, if Sun and Lapetus get there will they whoosh back in time to when everyone else is? I enjoyed the Hurley convo because he was asking all the questions that we have for ages.

Sun and Lapetus already went back to the main island you thick twunt.

I know it wouldnt, but im just saying it would make a little bit more sense (if any) if Vida meant to say that.

So once again the writers throw in a deus ex machina to explain why Ben doesn't remember Sayid (or so it seems). Thank feck the island is supernatural, or else I don't see how they would have managed to explain that.

People keep lapping it up, though.
