I was all for a seperate spoiler thread but thats turned out to include future spoilers leaked which I don't like. So this is still the best thread to discuss the most recently aired episode.

Just don't come here for a couple of days till it airs in the UK. You anyways can't discuss much since most of the folk would have already seen the latest episode. :)

To be fair the guys a trained killer who shot a kid right in the heart. You can't really blame him.

I'm guessing their going to go with the supernatural island heals people approach to explain this one.

I admit it's more difficult for viewers keeping track on UK broadcast, but it's at the same stage in the season. This thread is for the discussion of the episode gone by. So, supposing an episode airs on Wednesday, I will not enter this thread until Thursday evening until I have seen the episode (because I download the episode even though I'm in th UK). I believe that the same episode is then shown on Sky1 on Sunday, so to avoid being spoiled, don't enter this thread until Sunday night, after which you can discuss the episode and then speculate, as we do, about what might happen.

If he is a trained killer, he would have made sure with one to the head. He may have missed the heart.

That said, maybe the island would have intervened to stop Sayid "finishing him off"
 
no point in making sure he's dead because locke was dead for sure and he's still walking around on the island now...who's to say that ben wouldn't get resurrected if sayid made sure he was dead.

apparently "dexter's" mark pellegrino has been cast on lost to play an imp character.

hopefully now we can get info on him this season.
 
I'd remove that post VidaRed, it might be perceived as a future spoiler, especially for those who watch the show that you mention. Luckily I don't so I haven't a clue who you're talking about.

Exactly. Why bother with a future spoiler thread if your just going to post it anywhere you feel like.
 
how is it a spoiler ??? a spoiler is something that tell you what is going to happen in the story line of lost. all i did was to inform you guys that a new actor has been casted to play a character on lost.

it would be a spoiler if i said person a betrays person b and kills him.

I asked for the post to be deleted. It just kind of ruins it if you know even who the actor is going to be because it spoils a bit of the drama I think. If we haven't seen the character or heard the character etc., it's better to wait until all is revealed in the show isn't it?
 
its a spoiler because it gives us an idea of what he may l;ook like.

it wasn't in white text earlier on. i did it because other's thought it was a spoiler.
 
OK, its Sunday and I've seen Ben get shot now. I think Sayid probably half knows Ben won't die despite trying to end his timeline. He admitted as much to young Ben in the jail room.

Ben, in order to become a cold blooded psychopath, needs a cold blooded psychopath to show him the way. By shooting Ben (who will probably be rescued and saved by the Others) Sayid has turned Ben into what he will become in the future. Without Sayid we may have ended up with a nicer Ben and the island couldn't allow that.

Seems to happen to future leaders. There's also the Desmond wildcard - where did he get to?
