I agree with most of this but as it stands there is no evidence he wants to leave.
No he seems fairly committed but it could go either way I guess.
Rumour mill gathering steam that Coutinho has agreed terms. It seems he's open to a move. Not sure it will happen though if Neymar stays.
Barca wouldn't be bidding if he hadn't given them a Yes.
Yeah, he scores amazing rockets from outside the box, but look at how you struggled without Mané last season.

We struggled without Mane because we also ended up with an horrendous injury list at the same time. Remember the bench that averaged 19.5 yrs old ? We were pretty damn good over the final 2 months (with Mane still out) when the injury list improved slightly.
So if a player wants to move then surely the selling club can't do anything to stop him, right? That's what the Liverpool fans have been telling us throughout the VvD and Keita sagas.

I can also settle for Nice or Hoffenheim. I actually think Hoffenheim has a legitimate chance against Liverpool, a better chance than Nice has.

Glad you added the 'at least publicly', Gives your post at least the aura of legitimacy when seemingly the opposite is true ! He's done absolutely nothing to dispel our advances with the two offers we've made and the discord in the RBL camp is palpable so it's more than likely his agent is encouraging the bids. This is in complete contrast to Coutinho's statements re. Liverpool.

I think they have one of the most underrated players in the league in Firmino. I really liked him at Hoffenheim and wanted him here, but he's been even better than I thought he'd be. It's pretty annoying watching him play for them.
Mwah they didnt really. Lyon was mpre incredibly lucky they didnt lose 7-1 or 7-2 away. 1-1 away at Nice and were the much better team from half time, will likely put them away at home.

The clue is in Klopp's determination to keep him on the pitch. You don't stay in the side if you're no good. Firmino is a very good footballer who does a great job in bringing out the best in others.
He makes everyone around him better. I don't think there is a player in the league playing how he does. Some weird blend between dirk kuyt and Dennis Bergkamp.

There's plenty of strikers who score 20+ I wouldn't class as being near that category. his tallies of 11 and 12 are not what you want from your central striker, 'false 9' or not. Firmino brings so much to the players around him though.
