Dalot is a left back.
He can play there. He's not a LB, and he's not been bought to play there.
Dalot is a left back.
If only Luke Shaw would pull his finger out of his arse, we could save millions. So much talent, yet such a disappointment.LB is definitely critical. After that we can make do if needed.

Fred - Pogba
Bale - Lukaku - Alexis
€100m seems reasonable, tbh. Crazy money of course, but in this crazy market, it will actually surprise me if we manage to get him for that.
Also, €12m net, isn't that about the same salary as Pogba? He'll surely ask for a raise, but it doesn't seem as crazy as some make it out to be.
€100m is absurd. If he costs us €25m per year in wages on a 4 year contract that amounts to €200m. With his age and injury record we mightn't get one good year in total out of him - that's what we got from Van Persie. I wouldn't pay €200m for the best year Messi ever had.
Utterly laughable stuff. Get with the times, the money side of things have moved on. We're not going to be left behind, even though some of our fans seem to want us to, no idea why.
Don't get the obsession with wanting to look after our finances from our fans. It's so weird, and frankly boring.
This is a very good point. The key is, when fit. I feel with Jose's medical teams ability to keep Phil Jones fit for a decent duration along with the hiring of the new medical dude from Sevilla (?), if we sign him, it might just elevate is exponentially. But that's the end of martial and rashford at united, in my opinion. We've seen what he can do when he's fit. The man's a monster.
If there is a chance he may be available, get him. He can win games on his own.

I'm guessing this question was for me. I feel Jose doesn't see Rashford as a lukaku replacement, otherwise we wouldn't be looking at Mandzukic/Arnautovic as backups. We already have a plethora of attackers on the wings, so either Rashford would be on the bench most of the time, which might impact his England career potentially, or he might go out on loan, which I dont feel is a good idea really. Just my opinion. Why would it be the end of Rashford? It wouldn't be.

Mourinho loves Rashford. He'll get his gametime regardless. Honestly with the amount of minutes he played last season he didn't develop his weaknesses enough. Relying on him to start would be a poor idea. I think Martial/Rashford will function as backup wingers/strikers and the only way we sign someone like Mandzukic is if Martial is indeed off.
The problem with that is that Rashford isn't really suitable to play as the sole striker which we (and the majority of clubs these days) play. I think he'd definitely thrive in a two man strike-force, but when up front by his own he's pretty much invisible. Other than the threat of running in behind to get on the end of a through-ball or long-ball, he really doesn't provide any kind of presence. The only problem is Rashford is a striker, not a winger.

Mourinho just want to use Rashford to prove that he does develop young player. He will give him game time whenever he can. The only problem is Rashford is a striker, not a winger.
Rashford is not a proper striker either. Would class him more as a support striker who can play off someone. He is very much lacking for a single striker system which mourinho deploys. If we move to a 2 striker formation with a midfield diamond rashford martial etc may get proper game time.Mourinho just want to use Rashford to prove that he does develop young player. Would you prefer to sign Bale over Griezmann or Dybala?
Sign Bale or Ousmane and we've had a dream window.
I'd prefer Griezmann all day, more longevity, less injury issues, and to me it would feel like Bale is only joining us becasue Real are done with him, and not because he particularity wants to, after all he's had his chances before.
I understood why Griezmann stayed put last season, and I was a firm believer than it was just a delay to the inevitable.
You do know there are like a year apart in age, plus Bale is a whole 2 yards faster.
Rather highjack the Mbappe deal. hes available at 160 million.Utterly laughable stuff. Get with the times, the money side of things have moved on. We're not going to be left behind, even though some of our fans seem to want us to, no idea why.

Bale would be great. But now that Zidane is gone, I think we will stay.I'm the type of fan that doesn't get bothered buy how much we spend (for quality players) so I'm not arsed if we spend over 100M on him, I want to see the very top players playing for us when I tune in, its the excitement of the transfer going through and having to pinch yourself that they actually play for us. The last signing like that for me was Pogba. It would be super exciting signing Bale or Griezmann but Bale edges it for me as I think he would solve our RW issue better. The good thing is if he is to leave and we want to get him then I can't really see him going anywhere else than us, obviously I could very easily be wrong with that though.
We should get Ricardo Rodriguez and have R2-D2 running down our flanks.Double D, excellent work

IMO Ronaldo is more likely to go.
Dont think this will ever happen. He has probably turned us down at least twice.
Mourinho would love to get him no doubt, but seems like gareth wants to hold onto his career in Spain for longer. Dont blame him as the league is much easier there and he would be under alot less scrutiny as opposed to if he signed for Manchester United.
He replied to Pogba’s instagram post earlier, probably nothing in it but he said.
“Let me know if you need a trim, red or blue this time?”
All part of the job for Agent P.It’s absolutely nothing.
Pogba firstly commented on his Instagram post yesterday, ‘I come see you for a shave’. Both players have a sponsorship with ‘Wish’.
