It's all make-believe. It isn't happening.
Because they never mentioned him before, and now suddenly everyone is a specialist. There is just a couple of blogs which never comment rumors, divisions among fans, and back their opinions with actual hard analytical work. The rest, including, the biggest ones provide opinions for those who can’t afford one.
The €6m salary + bonuses could have also helped. The club being able to point to both Garnacho and Mainoo making international tournament finals with their country this season must have helped in persuading him.
He would have made big money anywhere he went. The €6m salary + bonuses could have also helped.
Pfft. Caf's already in the prosess of writing off Mainoo, Garn and HøjlundYoro, Mainoo, Garnacho, Hojlund.
That's a very talented bunch of youth, right up the spine of the teteam.
Which useless bloggers are you looking at, he's been the talk on most channels for a good while.
We probably still have the infamous fax machine so should be okay.I hope the club remembers it's policy to confiscate all mobile phones for any visitors to make sure Real don't try and sneak in.
B-YorofaxWe probably still have the infamous fax machine so should be okay.
He's a young CB that is still in the very early stages of his development as a CB, so patience will be required with him.
He's not at Martinez's level when it comes to progressing the ball and may never get to that level because Martinez is just elite in that regard. But what Yoro does have is the pace and athleticism along with fantastic poise and composure on the ball which allows him to remain calm when put under pressure. And his pace and athleticism allow him to defend on the front foot. He's a young player with a all-round skillset and even his aerial ability is strong for a young player and will improve further.
In the game today the back 3 is very common with alot of top teams where players invert to form a 3 man backline. And I think Yoro is someone who is perfectly suited to playing the backline commander role in the mid to long-term as the central CB. But he's still very young and I hope people don't have unrealistic expectations of him and I hope we sign another CB and a midfielder who is good at ball retention along with making forward passes. We lack that in this team and the more players we have who can retain the ball whilst progressing it at a good level, will make us a much stronger team in the build up phase which allows the team to dominate the game on the ball.
I think without Ratcliffe without we wouldn't have been able to sign him. There's been reports about us working on this deal since last year before INEOS even arrived. But I doubt we would've been able to sign him under the Glazer ownership because I'm not sure Joel Glazer would've sanctioned such a huge fee for a 18 year old CB. For me the credit for this goes to Ratcliffe and it does show that he's ambitious in wanting United to compete again. To sign him we had to spend big and it seems like Real Madrid were around €40m short of what we offered.
That's what we had to do hence the Lille president is said to have persuaded the player to join us because it helps Lille. The tweet below from a few days ago basically tells you the difference in ambition between the Glazer ownership and Ratcliffe.
Yeah as YouTube videos go there are a lot to be desired. He looks unconvincing in the videos. Skewed clearances, misdirected headers, just about manages to not lose the majority of the duels.
So not 14 quid? Aren't we at about £40m net so far and now looking like needing more sales?"Budget of a £50m net spend this summer according to the Athletic. Not usually right but expect they won't be far off. Expectations for big signings should be low."

Agreed.I see what you mean in terms of experience.
If you sign an attacking LB it leaves us vulnerable in the defensive transition if Dalot is our RB.
I think a LCB/LB is the sensible choice here.
I agree that he's a brilliant CB, but still I do wonder how you'd keep those 3 happy in the long term. Nice problem to have if so though ey!Can't see Martinez being pushed out of position. He's a CB and a damn good one.
Sure, that's be a solid back 5.Could be 3 cbs, then Dalot and shaw WB, suspect it would be dependent on who we play.... if we had a manager able to adapt tactics!
Nah, you're right. He did say we want to avoid hijack. I read his tweet completely wrong. In my defense, I only just woke up and started reading this thread.I thought he meant we're moving quickly in order to avoid somebody else hijacking this deal. That's how I read it anyway.
Ok, then both!
I think Diaby is class.60 million for a 18-year-old CB with only 1 year of professionnal football and 1 year left on his contract is madness. For that price tag he better be the next Varane.
French players are extremely overrated and way too expensive as a consequence. I was reading transfer news and saw that Diaby could go to Saudi Arabia. They said he cost Villa 55 million. Absurd. It reminded me of the best scams involving french players, like PSG paying 95 million for Muani or Barcelona buying Dembele for 130. And there are many more.
Judging by Zirkzee transfer, I'd say announcement could be Friday. Is there any chance this is completed before the weekend?
Net spent of 50m so far.So not 14 quid? Aren't we at about £40m net so far and now looking like needing more sales?
Another gem from you. Keep em coming!
Not on your life my muppet friend! Is there any chance this is completed before the weekend?
Any clue as to why in Norway? Are we chasing a player from there?Holy shit. Fair fecks to INEOS. They are actually getting this done.
All of Berrada/Ashworth/Wilcox were in Norway just a day ago. Is this Vivell pushing the negotiations?
So not 14 quid? Aren't we at about £40m net so far and now looking like needing more sales?
Pre-season game?Any clue as to why in Norway? Are we chasing a player from there?
“We’re Manchester United” still has pull even after all this time, tears in my eyes
