La Liga - 2014/15

Started the move from deep for both his goals, Messi 2-0... guess Suárez gets an assist for that hah

 Another 8-0 incoming? Can sense more than a hattrick for Messi.

Should've been the hat-trick... that's his weak foot finishing letting him down (remember two similar situations last week v Atléti)

If it wasn't for Suarez it would be 4 or 5 already.

Messi, Rakitic and Neymar stand-out players so far. Suárez messing almost every move up.

Dont know why would Luka want to go from Madrid. He's injured and cant wait to come back, he had a great time and was in great form until the injury. But Madrid being Madrid I can see them selling him once some new CM hit emerges.

Remember when Riazor was one of the toughest places to go in Europe?? Disgraceful what the Spanish League has become..

Bring him here. A Blind-Modric-Di Maria midfield...

Messing too much in the last pass and Suarez again having comical bad touches. Otherwise this game should have been over by now.

Nonsense, they've been relegated twice since then, just promoted this season... what exactly do you expect them to do? It's like saying remember Leeds... where are they now

However bad Depor have been, Barça still didn't create that much more to be honest. 3-5 in shots (1-3 on target), 25-75% possession.

My comment was about that free kick from Depor, which was amateur like stuff. But i agree with you. They don't need to do much against that opponent tbf

And fcuk it is.. Depor are a proud club and this is horrific to watch year after year.. Thank you Simeone and Atletico..

Suarez needs to get his act together. He's holding their attack back right now.

Depor's problems have nothing to do with spanish football competitive questions. It's more about Lendoiro's financial legacy and 160 million euros debt.

What a disgrace the English league has become... remember Aston Villa 7x champions, 7x FA Cup winners and 1x European champions and now perennially mid-table! ... they are a proud club and this is horrific to watch year after year. Thank you Bosman and Murdoch!

That makes about as much sense, I believe.

You do know Spanish teams are dominating both European cups in recent years. If Depor is much weaker than Yesteryears, you now have Atletico, Sevilla and Valencia.

The big two get the majority of money from the TV-rights and people are actually enjoying them beat everybody 5(or more) -0.. How can you argue that this is good for the league and for football overall..

You have a point of the tv rights money but it wasn't the reason for Depor's downfall. Like i said, you just have to read about Lendoiro's presidency to understand why they have reached this point.

We didn't argue for that. The point is la liga is currently the strongest league in the world.

Go ahead, send Bebe(whom I like as a story and as a player) and Cordoba to, say Selhurst Park or Turf Moor and we're gonna find that out..

Nobody is, but it's the same everywhere since the 90s (globalization, Sky Sports, CL, Bosman, etc.)... the only difference is that Spain has its traditional (regional) dominant powers and England has those + nouveau riche of the 00s

La Liga doesn't have the Arsenals or Liverpools who can challenge for the championship every once in a while, that's the biggest difference.. But they will beat the likes of Valencia, Villarreal, Espanyol maybe 7 times out of 10.. Off-topic I know..

Hopefully Depor can build something in the 2nd half, but somehow doubt it..
