Kylian Mbappe | PSG

Sheikhs at PSG will just offer him 3x what anyone else does with a hefty sign-on bonus.

Might still leave, but he won't run down his contract to do it, probably be some mutual agreement.

You think they will let him run down his contract ? They will give him the highest wages in the world. You had your chance with him now it is over
He can refuse. He'd get those wages at any other big club

I am sure he will use you to negotiate for contracts
Man it's up to him in the end. PSG can't force him to sign anything. If he wants to ever leave them he will run down his contract, otherwise he'll stay there.

It's kinda sad to know that Mbappe will spend his career (and Neymar his prime) playing on the fringes of European football.

I'd like to see them in Spain or England. That way I'd actually see them play.

Meh, no one can match PSG on wages. They'll easily give him 2m\week and another million on the sly from some shitehouse foundation out of Qatar.

Of course it is up to him but a player of this caliber never runs down his contract. It just doesn't happen. No one will match PSG in terms of wages

Why not? Barcelona are paying 120m a year to Messi. United, Madrid and Barcelona can all match PSG's offer, whatever it is. And the only way he leaves PSG is by running down his contract. So as i said, it's up to whether he wants to stay there his whole career or not

Anywhere but Spain for me.

I am thoroughly bored of the Barca-Real era and would love to return to a more competitive era like the 80s or 90s. This whole "every top top player must goto Real or Barca" mindset has to end IMO for the health of the CL.

It is not so much of cannot in terms being able to but those clubs are respectable to a degree. They have other big players who will automatically want more
PSG is a bitch, they will roll over to anything he asks. There is the biggest difference

You mean like Barcelona haven't rolled over for Messi in the last 10 years?

As a Real fan I'm not bored of it. I love it, specially the part where everyone is trying to diminish Real's results in the last couple of years because of pure envy.

There's bunch of clubs out there that can pay big wages so in the end most players will pick clubs where there's biggest chance of winning trophies, which are Real and Barca. No one is making the decision for them, it's their own decision, it's their mindset.

It's on English clubs to make themselves more attractive to top players. I say English because Italian and German clubs can't compete with wages so it's on England to do something about it.
There were times when Italian clubs were the best in Europe, there were times when English clubs were the best (not that long ago), there was a season when it was all about two biggest German clubs.
This Spanish domination will end at some point. Will it be when Ronaldo and Messi are done as top players, or before? That's the interesting question.

Have you seen the game before?

Quite. And I see the potential in Rashford but sadly the application is sorely lacking. Same can be said about several United players to be honest.

Rashford needs to find his hunger sharpish.

Don't worry. He will leave PSG in 2-3-4 years max.

He is the kind of person who is always looking for new challenges since he gets bored very quickly since he's a child

2015/17: Monaco
2017/18: M'bappé on the right wing
2018/19: M'bappé on the right wing but wins the Champions League with PSG
2019/20: M'bappé replaces Cavani and becomes a pure #9
2020/21: he stays unwillingly but has the authorization to leave in the summer 2022
2022: he joins Manchester United, Barcelona or Real Madrid.

In 2022, he will be 23 years...

Messi is their best ever player, multiple Ballon d'Or winner.. Not gonna list his accomplishments.. I hope you get the point.
I do, i just don't agree. A lot will depend on context. We're talking about years from now though.

Maybe years from now Barcelona will have learned from Messi that giving him everything isn't the way to get their club to sustain their dominance (in Europe specially). Messi is gonna be their doom if they're not careful

Maybe. Or maybe Mbappé turns into French Ronaldo, Madrid/Barca/United will be in need of a big star forward and will let him know they're ready to match any offer PSG might make. This is a really special player we're talking about. We signed Cristiano in 2009 and about tripled his wages. We did it for Zidane. We did it for Ronaldo. There's a high chance we'll be ready to do the same for Mbappé

Yes there is a chance Real will be ready to give him what they can to seduce him and he could be tempted. I just don't see how any of your offers cannot be bettered by PSG. They will build him a harem with 100 virgins near the Eiffel Tower if they can

What is amusing that many people in this country, about 12 months ago, believed that Rashford was as good, if not better, than Mbappe.

I am pretty sure most people including United fans would have picked out Mbappe as the superior talent a year ago.

Argentina made it easy for him, but he is the next best thing. He punished them brutally. But fans are reactionary, one bad game against the best club side for years and you are overhyped. If Mbappe doesnt win multiple ballon d ors, i dont know.

Not sure you can ever say that it's over when it comes to Real.

This mustn’t be underestimated. I’m not sure he’ll come up against a midfield and defence that has all the acceleration of an Austin Allegro too many more times in his career...

Still, I’d have him at United.

Really? You can hope the Qatari owners doesn't get bored with the PSG. M'bappé could really be a hell of a world class player. He's a such of intelligent player with a great attitude. I'm confident he'll succeed...just listen to him talk. What a maturity for a 19 years old!

I am so proud of him. He is absolutely the real deal. He will eventually go to Madrid, but it's incredible to see him still play for his home country and city of birth. I hope the kid never gets hurt from injuries for too long because he is a gift to football and I just love his insouciance, he just has no pressure out there and is enjoying being a teenager on the biggest stage. This will hopefully be a wake up call for France and a huge momentum boost against a tough Uruguayan defense that will be much more difficult to deal with. Regardless, he's made his mark. Matched a 60+ years old record from the great Pele. Bravo, Kylian!
