@ayushreddevil9 the point I'm making is that players of that ilk don't become available very often so we have to gamble to try and acquire one. That includes taking a punt on a young striker in the hope they become one of these godly forwards that the likes of Barca and Madrid have in their ranks.
Madrid/Barca don't need to gamble because they have that kind of talent already.
Are we going to overtake the likes of Barca by signing the Lukaku's of this world? I don't think so personally. I think he'd improve us but we need something extra-special to become the best, and there's no easy way of doing that. The super clubs have hoovered up all the world class talent. Griezmann would be nice but I have my doubts that he'd be willing to join this summer.

Hope Mourinho is bewitched enough to get Mbappe signed, sealed and delivered to United this summer. We know how Mourinho likes his players with experience, so this will be a departure from norm.

With this kind of signing the fans would need to expect a slow progression back to the top, the caf is a fairly sensible subset of our fan base and even this place would be moaning if we didn't go on title winning form.
We can't just keep loading up on prospects without having an established player to carry them all. We're a big club we need to get back to the top quickly.

Let Madrid go for him, They aint good with young players and they aint developing a kid like barca would do. If he comes to us and we develop him there is every chance He will see the madrid dream as the next move and we must refrain from it. We have martial Rashford to develop.
Nah We should stay away from him, Madrid aint signing a kid and developing him, but if we develop him and it turns out brilliant Madrid will be intrested than. Better to develop players who wanna play for us Like Martial and Rashford.

Well His team mates are giving all kind of signals including Mr perez and i am sure if he has two offers on the table he will go for the sunnier one when it depends on your prefrence. Martial does not fit as a galactico player for the clubs like Madrid. And only One of Martial or Mbappe Will land up in madrid so i strongly feel it would be Mbappe .

Never got this type of viewpoint tbh. The exact second Mbappé joined us, he will also be 'our own', and you will then be hoping for the best from him the same as the other two. He'd be just as much our own as Martial when we signed him for 60m just 18 months ago.
I still don't see how you end up with that conclusion. I'm going to say what I said about Pogba, Pogba once said that Zidane was his idol and from that point people pretended to know what was in his mind, they pretended that he was bound to join Real Madrid which was obviously BS.
From the little we know about his plan, Mbappé could go anywhere, the only "certitude" is that he will put game time first.
I'm a weirdo but I believe that they are all better in the middle and we already have one too many, so the idea of adding Mbappé doesn't excite me.
