Jesus fecking christ this place is fecking unbearable. We were three goals up and have huge games coming up in a few days, he's not going to tell the team to keep playing with the same intensity in the second half and risk injuries. Some common fecking sense will go a long way.
Well said.

In no way is this meant as a criticism of Mourinho but tonight's game is a good example of why fans on here are divided

We haven't actually played that well but it's a great result. For many the result in a tricky away game means there can be no debate or questioning. For others (including myself) I thought it was looking like another scrappy performance until two moments of individual quality. Nothing wrong with that in itself, that's why big clubs spend big money. The worry is that you can't rely on individual moments from players like Young too often. It won't work long term.

One thing is for sure. When/if Mourinho gets these players fully clicking somebody will get a major beating.

We had 15 shots, 7 on target, and should have scored 7 today. Lukaku, Pogba and Lingard missed sitters. We scored 3 brilliant goals and missed three sitters. Think you're just trying to find a way to criticise the performance.

Hate the fact we came there for a point, defended and somehow scored 4 goals.

Its mental, I swear. People are fecking complaining after we scored 4 goals in a game where many thought we would struggle. Holy shit, the whining just doesnt stop... how do half these people live their lives??

I think some people quickly forget how low we fell under Moyes and under LVG. We even talk about what we spend when you have plastic clubs spending just as much if not more. Baring blips, we're not too bad and even City just about beat Huddersfield. There is a long way to go.

This forum really is turning to shit. I mean it's always been a cesspool of fecking whining but these past few years have really exposed a huge fecking turd.

There's no such thing as squad management for most of these fans, the same players should play every minute of every game at the same intensity. If Jose does that and one of the players get injured then it's his fault too.

I dont know. I bet some just hate the fact we won today and when we win generally cause they can't moan and cry. But it doesnt stop them anyway.

I bet many were stretching their fingers when Watford scored their 2nd. Only for Lingard to ruin their chances of complaining even more.

There was a guy who was saying he gets depressed when there was a transfer window. That's how some here live their lives.

We are doing this without our two best defenders and wingers for fullbacks. So many things that can be fixed in the side with two transfer windows, Its jose's tactics and man management that we are in a position that we are. Everyone's favourite poch is 16 that is SIXTEEN points behind city if they win their game in hand. Not to mention 8 points behind us with a first team that is considered better than us, and probably the best striker in the world. People have really not learnt their lesson under moyes and LVG of what shit years are, we have a great manager, probably the best in the world and people cant get off his back.

Exactly spot on.

The results have been pretty damn good so far this season - only problem is that City have ripped up the playbook so far.

This game reminded me massively of the Fergie days. We blew them away in the 1st half then took the foot off the pedal in the 2nd half because we have bigger fish to fry. When Watford thought they were back in the game we applied a bit of extra pressure and reminded them that they are nothing to us.

You’re literally whining.

You’re literally whining.

Yep, no difference between getting frustrated by the fecking shithouse atmosphere on this forum for years now - regardless of the result and people whining about 4-2 victories away from home at one of the toughest teams to play in the Prem.

Whatever you say pal.

It's fair to say this thread is the worst in Caf currently.

Gotcha. Whining is okay when you cry about something.

When you call out the whiners, the whiners acuse you of whining. They don't get that their gash opinions are making the experience on the forum worse because there is no room for enjoying a win or a good performance. There's always something wrong and there's always another way to play better and that's listening to them!

They call the above 'shit posting' on most forums.

To educate you, yes, people usually need a proper reason to suck the life out of everything. 4-2 victories at one of the hardest stadiums to go to usually isn't one of them.

Trying to be smart to make your terrible logic seem cute is funny though, keep it up.

Go me all wrong there.

There's a difference between a good team performance and a result inspired by a few individual moments. It's not a big complaint, just an observation knowing there's tough games ahead.

It's quite funny tbf - there's a few posters who when we win and play well are nowhere to be seen in these threads, yet when we win 1-0 or God forbid draw a game, are posting like crazy. Also funny how those same posters call myself and a few others 'Jose fanboys' with an agenda, even though I've criticized him multiple times already this season. Yet when any sort of praise is due, they're nowhere to be seen. Really wonder who the real posters with the agenda are.

‘To educate you’

Lol the hallmark of the cringeworthy try-hard.

I really haven't got you wrong. You're nitpicking just to complain. I swear, we could play well and you'd still micro-analyse the smallest detail to criticise Mourinho/United/whoever else.

Good line up, good goals, good 3 points. Saved a little energy, on to the next one.

"I have literally nothing I can add that won't make me look more wrong, let me just result to name calling". Coming from the brilliant mind that just figured out you need reasoning to whine.

Set up the team perfectly today, that was one good game, loved it. Only minor criticism, which sounds ironic but he should have taken out one of the attackers for McCtominay to crowd the midfield are as they started to walk through us to easily during some parts in the second half.

Loved the bullocking he gave to Rashford, very well deserved as he looked disinterested these last few games.

You can't be making such observations like that around here, you know? It's part of the rules

Well yeah yourself and a few others have adopted this kind of victim complex. Maybe it is true of some fans, they'd complain about everything. Not myself though despite your claims.

We have the same GD as Spurs, Arsenal and Liverpool combined.

'Spurs are the best footballing side in the league'
'Liverpool are so much better in attack than us'

These are genuine quotes about teams that are clearly below us when it comes to the ability to win games and put in good performances. No one says anything good about Arsenal so I couldn't find a quote for them :D

TBF all top teams rely on individual quality. How many times has City needed KDB or Sterling to come big this season? Without individual quality, they don't break down Chelsea from a KDB wondergoal and get one point instead of three.

Also I think that's a bit of a slight on the team, we played some great counter-attacking football today. Some of the linkup between Pogba and other players was great. That little flick to Valencia who then ran down and played through Lingard who couldn't play the right pass across goal comes to mind.

We created a bucketload of chances in that first half, you don't create 7 on target chances or whatever it was purely through individual quality. Not against a side as well drilled and physical as Watford, not for me.

Granted our football isn't as scintillating as a Napoli, City or PSG, but we're capable of playing football.

90% of the 'criticisms' are because we are not playing 'attractive' football. Posters obsessed with passing triangles and smooth attacks that pass the goal into the net.

Our counter-attacks are sublime this season, and that is what you get with a Mourinho team. There is definitely a bit of room for improvement because Martial and Rashford are still refining their decision making and we can get a better no.10. But there are good signs.
