We kind of new this beforehand that in Jose's team, there is a reliance on individuals producing as opposed to say, Klopp who may make the system bring out more attacking success in players that exceed their individual qualities. It doesn't make Klopp better, its just what I kind of expected

We are parking the bus left and right, heck we even parked the buss when we played I think it was Middlesbrough last year, even tho we won 3:1 we had like 7 defenders in the 2nd half and we're only defending.

Against teams like Basel we should be creating ton of chances and not make peace with creating 2-3 chances and praying that one of them goes in.
Mourinho is infamous for his bus parking, deal with it. He's done it everywhere he worked and he will always continue to do so.
And yes judging how you have a meltdown when someone raises some valid points in regards to Mourinho's leadership + your own little vendetta against Martial (a player a lot of fans give Mourinho stick for), yes it's safe to say you're Mourinho and not UTD fan.

It's not always about doing more than those around you. Especially when those other clubs are smaller and spend nowhere near as much money.
United fans have high expectations and rightly so. The team should be playing highly attractive, winning football. We have the stature and wealth to do so.
If comparing us to lesser clubs consoles you fair enough but for others it doesn't.

Me supporting Mourinho over United would imply that I only started supporting when he became manager, or that I just follow the teams he manages.
What he is implying makes no sense. I value the club over everything, Mourinho included. I just so happen to think Mourinho is a great manager and the criticism of him is over the top at times.
The definition of 'parking the bus' has been changed just to bash the manager. Parking the bus for most people means all players behind the ball and no attempt to try to counter attack with an aimless hoof. A lot of lesser teams do this when they try to hold on at the end of the game.
But, apparently parking the bus is now playing with a good shape and constricting space. And trying to counter attack through direct balls. If you don't try to pass your way into the net with 70% possession then you are gonna be labeled as a bus parker now.

If there is any hint of us being strong defensively and having a good shape they'll say Mourinho is parking the bus. The reality is we have only parked the bus in two games, and against Southampton it was to close the match out.

For others (including myself) I thought it was looking like another scrappy performance until two moments of individual quality. Nothing wrong with that in itself, that's why big clubs spend big money. The worry is that you can't rely on individual moments from players like Young too often. It won't work long term.
One thing is for sure. When/if Mourinho gets these players fully clicking somebody will get a major beating.

I think he'll be raging with the team despite the result. We played like idiots with the lead and it was no fault of his. There's basics we should be able to expect from this team and they seen it out like it was a friendly.

Jesus fecking christ this place is fecking unbearable. We were three goals up and have huge games coming up in a few days, he's not going to tell the team to keep playing with the same intensity in the second half and risk injuries. Some common fecking sense will go a long way.
He will be fuming with 2 goals conceded and rightly so. He should happy with our attacking performance though barring Lukaku.

Subbing Martial was fine, it's been a theme all season to give Rashford/Martial rotating 60/30 mins when only one of them starts. It leaves the other fresh. I'd say the bigger thing was Matic going off which made is weaker in the middle, and that was out of Mourinho's hands.

The game certainly changed on the subs, Matic enforced, Martial with a view to the weekend but that’s more their replacements faults than Jose’s
