Jesse Lingard | Seoul singer

Forrest fans must be delusional then because there is no way Coops turn this around and I will bet on it any day. After watching you guys this season and to think you can turn this around with the same coach is baffling, even more baffling giving him a new 5 year deal  . I guess we will see

Cooper has more credit with the fans there than any manager in the league bar Klopp and Pep.

I just had to quote this again after the Liverpool result! However this is the Lingard thread so by way of an update Gustavo Scarpa looks to be incoming in January and plays in Jlingz position. Fair well Tictok man.

He should have gone back to the hammers.
Ole’s fault arguably that he didn’t but he seemed at home there and was playing so well…….

He could have joined them in the summer but he choose money and a relegation battle

Wait what? aren't you still bottom of he table. If winning one game after a while makes you this giddy then enjoy it while it lasts
Actually, I have been there before supporting United over these past few years. We barely won that, I took every single win as winning a trophy.

Anyways, maybe Cooper might turn it around and avoid relegation. But to do that he has to spend more and add to the 22 players he already signed this past window, I just don't think he can turn it around. I am willing to eat humble pie if he does turn it around drastically, good luck though because I would like for Forest to stay up.

I had completely forgotten this clown until the bump.

So much gnashing from the fanbase about him over the years

Has there been a single player that has left in recent years who has proven United wrong?

We’ve already started to turn it around - Last four matches 5 points and 2 goals conceded. Previous 4, 0 points and 16 conceded - I have no doubt we are staying up now.

I miss those days when I was called "Lingard hater", now I have to comfort myself with only the title of "Fred hater".

Gary Birtles?

I think he'd have done well under Ten Hag. A better back up at #10 than Donny.
Not convinced, he's done next to nothing for Forest. They've got better players and they're relegation candidates. I think the guy has checked out of football.

Haha look at the state of this post.

Oles fault he chose money ?

He seemed at home did he? Did Ole hold a gun to his head at the end of last season and say, you are a free agent chose money ?

Lingard had no choice as a free agent?

If forest is relegated I think we'll see him move onto another team fighting relegation. His name is too washed out for any big or even medium team to move for him.

0.02% or something though

If you can blame Solskjær, you blame Solskjær. Whether there's any actual connection or not is incidental.

What are your thoughts on Lingard?

Hopefully you do, I still think you're top favorites for relegation. Leicester will definitely improve and be out of the relegation race. So you'll have to outbest 3 teams which do seems unlikely at this point.

Fare enough - it’s a different perspective when it’s your team and you are more invested. I get from the outside there doesn’t seem 3 teams worse then us at the moment. But, I’m starting to see a team and spirit emerging as it did last year when Coops took over. Yatesy is getting into the opponents box more rather then filling holes as DM. We won’t go down now.

Have to admit it was funny watching him dance and celebrate on the pitch after they beat Liverpool, he'd been total shit and was taken off but i'm sure it would have wound up any Liverpool fans watching.

Bet you enjoyed Henderson’s middle finger wave more - poor little scousers

If you do, congratulations. I just don't think you will, glad to be proven wrong.
Again, I wouldn't mind Forest staying up.

Can't we just release him?
As what, a b-side?
They love it.

Big fan of the one guy who said he was sat in 'floods of tears' after signing Jesse Lingard

I meant just after his loan with them when Ole wanted to keep him.
would have been the perfect time to sell him

Hopefully you are right, Forest deserves to be in the EPL without a doubt!

Rumours are that forest want to move him on in January..
