I too love women...for their shoes.
A player like Hernandez would be heavily supported by a capable midfield. Unfortunately (yeah) we don't have one right now.
The season is entering its crucial phase now – have you been involved in title chases before, while playing in Mexico?
In my first season with Chivas in 2006 we won the title. I didn’t play too many games but I scored a couple of goals and helped us win the trophy. We also won another domestic tournament in 2009 called the Interliga – the winners of that go into the Copa Libertadores.
What has that taught you about how to approach the busy and important end of the season?
Well, it’s given me a small amount of experience of these situations, but I have still talked to my team-mates here about what to expect in – and how to prepare for – this crucial part of the season. It’s all about staying calm, focusing on the task in hand and believing in what you are trying to achieve.
What advantage do United have over Chelsea and Arsenal in the title chase?
The only one is the fact that United is a big club with a great history in these battles. Several of the players have been here and done this before, while the newer players have a huge desire to succeed because we know about the history of Manchester United and it doesn’t include many painful defeats.
Do you look around the changing room and think, yes, these are the players who can win trophies this season?
Yes, when I look at my team-mates, and the quality of the players in the dressing room, I feel that we can win any trophy we compete for.
What do the senior players who have been here and done it before – Giggs, Scholes, Rio, Fletch etc – say to the newer and younger players about how to handle it and what is required?
They tell us that we need to play like Manchester United players, always remembering the club’s rich history and never giving less than 100 per cent on the field. Being a United player is about winning – you can never think about drawing or losing games. It’s that attitude that can help us to win trophies.
What do you think is the most important thing for United to concentrate on for the rest of the season?
To produce consistent performances and avoid mistakes – and that starts with the goalkeeper and goes right through the team. We need to avoid silly errors to give ourselves the best chance of winning, and to play every game like it’s our last one.
What would a Premier League winners’ medal mean to you?
It would mean a lot. I want to win that medal badly, and also to lift the trophy. It would be a perfect end to my first season here.
Is anyone else getting annoyed that he's getting flagged up for offside by default? I know it's difficult for the linesmen but there's atleast 2 times a game when Hernandez is called offside incorrectly. It's not done on purpose I just think the linesmen are guessing and it'll always be less controversial to call an offside than allow an offside goal so they're covering their own backs.
I think 'giving the advantage to the attacker' is overstated though....he very rarely gets the marginal decisions.

I can think of 9 reasons that Hernandez is better than Torres this season
I can think of 19.
Well, 18 for better.
"Recently we went to Manchester to have dinner with Javier and his family, and he is very happy there. He loves Sir Alex Ferguson as a manager and as a person and he loves the club, the country and the Premier League. He told me about when he joined the club and Sir Alex took care of his family personally. That meant a lot to him
Come on Hernandez!
If a chance comes his way tomorrow I hope he manages to show the same composure he has most of the season and stick it in the net. If he and Rooney have another good game together I fancy our chances.
Aguirre: Hernandez is Torres' equal
Former Atletico Madrid and Mexico boss Javier Aguirre believes Javier Hernandez can be considered Fernando Torres' equal.
Hernandez, who joined Manchester United from Mexican side Guadalajara last summer, has been a revelation in the Premier League and has already established himself as a key part of Sir Alex Ferguson's plans.
The 22-year-old's £6 million fee is in stark contrast to the British record £50 million Chelsea paid for Torres, 27, in January but, having managed both players, Aguirre believes there is little between the duo.
"I actually think there are a lot of similarities between Javier and Fernando as players and people," he said in The Times. "They are both very polite and very hard-working. They can be the reference for their teams and they can make the difference in the biggest games.
"I do not have favourites because players are like your children and you can't choose one over the other, but the only difference between Fernando and Javier right now is that Fernando has more experience. In everything else, they are equals."
Real Zaragoza coach Aguirre also revealed that Hernandez, who has been linked with Real Madrid, would have no intention of leaving Old Trafford.
"I have known Javier since he was one," Aguirre said. "I was in the same Mexico team as his father, also Javier, for four years and our families were very close.
"I worked in Spain for many years, so this meant our families did not see each other as much after I left Mexico but, when I became coach of the national team, I called Chicharito up and the story began again. We recovered our relationship.
"I first saw him play when he was 15 and he was one of two players from Guadalajara who everyone was talking about. You could tell straightaway that he was a special talent because he was always looking for the goal, but I have to admit that when I heard he was signing for Manchester United, I feared it could be too soon because they are such a big club and he was still very young.
"But he is so keen to learn and works hard all the time in training, and this has helped him to be a success straightaway.

He loves Sir Alex Ferguson as a manager and as a person and he loves the club, the country and the Premier League. He told me about when he joined the club and Sir Alex took care of his family personally. That meant a lot to him and it is things like this that mean Javier does not want to join any other club."

Not sure if been posted anywhere before but good to hear he is so happy here.
He's a good bet for first scorer tomorrow!
I think it's great how we now count on Hernandez to perform well in such huge games. How things have changed in a year

It would appear he hasnt, hopefully hesgoing to cause mascherano massive problems in a couple of weeks, can see the pea running him ragged
Can he really make it to 25 goals that Scholes predicted for him?
