He seems a very intelligent lad. Reminds me of the young Solskjaer. What is his background, is he from a wealthy family?

Fans already love him for some reasons, and in interviews, he comes across as ginuianyl happy to play for United. Plus, he seems to be a ice-cold finisher, and has a bit of a baby face as well :D

He is a poacher that plays in the shoulder and that's it. I'm confident though, he's only young and will add the rest to his game in time.

Disagree. He is already good at holding the ball up and quite efficient at bringing others into the game. Saha like. Agree he will get better with time and experience.

Whenever he gets the ball in a deeper area, he plays it quickly and sprints towards goal. Once he is fully integrated in the team, I can see him scoring from many 1-2's

was unlucky with the offside call last night, maybe a great run, just a fraction of a second too soon. That is the type of play we have missed a lot, and something I think Berbatov and Scholes could get a lot of joy out of this season (or Rooney if the two play up top together)

What I also noticed was that he was sprinting towards goal in anticipation of the pass to him. But when the player with the ball at his feet saw that, it was already too late to pass. With time, they will get a better understanding and play the ball to Chicharito in the right moment. I see a lot of potential and it makes our game a bit faster and there is more variaty

Very true.

He made his customary "pass to no one in particular that still finds its way to a teammate" pass yesterday. I predict this will become a Hernandez trademark, designed to bamboozle defenders and lulling them into thinking he can't possibly be as good as they say he is.

He hasn't done anything yet!

He's given us a lot of hope and expectation, and he's really excited me. I've not been this excited over a new signing for quite a while.

Yes but he still hasn't done anything. Certainly not enough to warrent so many people having him on the back of their shirts. Seems a bit daft to me.

Also, did I mention I saw someone with Chrischaritio on the back of theirs? The fecking loser. If that was one of you guys you should be ashamed.

Well he did score on his debut and pretty much every preseason game.

Yeah, especially if you did it on a fake ... how dare you. They really should be ashamed at having some fun? ... that's actually quite funny, I would have smiled if I saw that.

I don't see the harm in having his name on the back of your shirt.

Much worse things happening around OT than that.

The expectation on a young kid who has done nothing so far is quite astounding . Its like when Anderson first arrived

"Chich v impressive at #mufc press conf. Bright, articulate and clearly loves being at this club."

I love him so much. I just want to give him a cuddle, a kiss, and maybe slip my willy in his bum in a heterosexual way.

14:24 Chicharito says he's living a dream being at United. He says when he was ten he loved watching United, especially Giggs and Scholes. He says he feels privileged to be here and will work hard to be a success. He talks as quickly as he runs. Honestly. Rapid. He says playing last night was "wonderful". He races onto journalists' questions like he does to a Scholesy through-ball. Barely lets them finish the question before he's off with a really enthusiastic response

14:27 Chicharito looked like he really enjoyed being quizzed there. So enthustiastic. Chris Smalling is responding now. He just seems so relaxed. He's talking about Fulham, who United play at the weekend. He says he owes them a lot for giving him a springboard to make his move to United. "They gave me my chance and a lot of support."

Got this off of RoM

This does not help Chicha with the comments that he looks like a lesbian or a pre-op ... poor guy getting molested by Smith.

He only scores against the big teams, he took pity on Newcastle last night.

He's a kind man.

His goal was a big factor in us winning the community shield against our big rivals for the premier league. So he has done something - Score against the best other team in the league and play an integral role on us winning a trophy. Hopefully thats not all he does... But it was a lot more than Anderson done when he first arrived. He had a slow start and needed to bed in with the reserves to get his fitness up. A slow start. Chicharito's was about as fast a start as a United player could come up with.

I've watched his interviews and boy does he talk fast. He barely gives them a chance to finish their questions before he shoots in with an answer :D

Thats how he finishes his chances too. Doesn't give the goalie time to react.

He's awesome, you'd have to be a cold-hearted bastard not to like him.

I'm a little concerned about Smalling there. His evil sideways gaze is making me uncomfortable.

Then again, it could be love

Don't know if it's been posted but :

Viva Hernandez
Viva Hernandez
He's got tons of pace
Even scores with his face
Viva Hernandez

Seriously, how can you compare Hernandez to Ronaldo?

Obviously Hernandez is a wonderful young talent, but Ronaldo was pretty much a once off, I highly doubt that Hernandez will be named WPOTY when he's 24 years old.

He'll be UPOTY

Does anyone noticed that he kept slipping in the match against Newcastle? Maybe he's having the same problem with Forlan? Slippery boots?

Just got gifted a Chicharito jersey. Vidic ordered as well now

Viva Hernandez!

Give him some through balls to latch onto you gimps.
