He'll hit double figures no problem at all. He'll certainly get enough game time and he's always available in the box, always looking to get himself about in there. I'll be extremely surprised if he doesn't hit double figures.

World class goal :smirk:

He kissed the badge ?

He most certainly did my friend !

LOVE this kid. I see a player in him thats gonna cause headaches galore for defenders this season and in to the undetermined future. What's exciting to me is that I feel as though he can play with anyone up front, shit he could play up there on his own. The runs he made today ? He's got the 'it' factor !

I see 5 - 8 goals for him this season.

I hope this post is bumped next May with lots of :lol:s

He'll have 5-8 by February, I expect double figures and something in the region of 12-20, its not beyond him.

He's enough to make me turn proper gay, I love him.

Zlatan Ibrahimovich...55 million
Carlos Tevez...28 million
David Villa....35 million
Javier Who?...7 million

There are some things money can't buy.(tm)

For everything else, there's fecking common sense.

Common sense, accepted everywhere.*

*Well, almost.

Convinced me enough to get the away shirt with Chicharito on the back, is that what he'll have? Or will it be Hernandez?

His movement and pace is something we've lacked when Rooney hasn't been playing. Will be very interesting to see how he does this season. It seems like SAF believes in him, so he'll probably get his chances.

I want to hug him and tell him this isn't a dream, he really is here. Almost seems as if he's having trouble believing it.
Almost like when a toddler goes to Disney land and stands there in awe, thinking, "THIS IS SO GOOD!"

I watched him quite closely as I was sat in one if the corners we were attacking and was impressed by his movement in particular. As soon as the midfield is getting the ball he's either looking to move towards the ball to receive and link play, or soon in behind. It's going to take a while for the midfield to get used to him as it will mean playing quicker and more direct then we've been used to of late.

His touch under pressure was generally good, as was his link up play. Some of the interplay between him and Berbatov was very promising.

I was also surprised at how stocky he was, might not struggle as much physically as many first thought.

I don't believe you, you'll have to post pictures.

Sitting wearing it right now mate. When I went to get it done, the guy in the shop was keeping me going. He asked why was I getting the name & number of a player yet to prove himself in the team. I said because I think he's going to be great for us, plus I like his nickname

On Hernandez's goal, which saw the new signing kick the ball into his own face and in, Ferguson joked: "He'll not try it again - it was a quite peculiar goal. But he's quick to get in the box - he's a really good finisher. He's got a bubbly character and speaks good English. He's settled in very well."

fergie...like he did it on purpose. lol

it was going in on the left until it hit his face and went in on the right.

got the game-winner today. very happy for him and United.

I don't think he slipped. I think he was too eager to get into the box and ran in too far so the ball was a fraction behind him and in trying to halt his momentum and dig a shot out he ended up chipping the ball onto his face and in.

Thankfully he sored as if he had missed it's something that could have effected him as it would become one of those comedy bloopers.

HE has netted in 5 games on the trot.

Argentina
MLS All Stars
Manchester United
Ireland 11
Chelsea

I want to cuddle with him. :nervous:

On a more serious note, he looks a real player. His movement his outstanding. I have a feeling he's going to do great things at United.

I saw him against Airtricity XI, while not as good a team, his movement is truly exceptional for an "inexperienced" player. Definitely has the potential to go far.

I know this makes me a tart but I want him in the first eleven against the geordies (preferably alongside Berb).

Same here. He gives us an element I always want in a United team.

He definitely seems a bit of a character. When the bottles of wine were handed out at the end he was there with a big grin encouraging Fabio to shake it up and spray it. No going into his shell for this boy. :D

Something tells me he and Evra will get on like a house on fire.
