January Transfer Window

Michael Owen has no incentive to Wum. Wonder who the player is, unless he was referring to Rooney.

With Mata coming in I reckon it's time for Moyes to wield the axe and ship a player or two out and leave the dressing room in no doubt that anyone who isn't giving their all wont be around much longer. The performances haven't been good enough of late, people are coasting, I think a departure or two could be as important as making signings. Well, nearly as important.

Owen would have no clue about transfers, but he would know about rooney.

2 weeks ago I would have been shocked at idea of us getting mata. I'd have been absolutely stunned at prospect of rooney signing another contract. ..

Its absolute insanity how we are on the verge of signing another rivals best player. First it was RVP. Now Mata?

You couldn't even pull that off in a Football Manager game. Surreal.

Signing Mata is a step in the right direction instead of signing someone like Lallana or Young a few seasons back but still, we need to make our defensive play more solid and this will never happen unless we sign a very defensively solid midfielder and a left back.

Apparently the word is that he could be training with the team on Monday.
He hasnt passed the medical nor has he put pen to paper (maybe he might have agreed personal terms). I doubt things are going to move any further this weekend. So training with the team on Monday is highly unlikely at this point.

He's agreed personal terms, four and a half year contract, £140 grand a week.

Here's hoping Xhaka makes a good impression tonight against Bayern Munich, and Kruse and Hermann. :)

He does look like a fast fecker doesn't he?

Looks to be a good finisher too and a handy passer. Some evidence he can get stuck in there as well. I like the look of this Hermann fella from that vid.

I'm more interested in watching Kramer, their 22 year old CM today. The stats suggest he can do it all

Well, didnt Moyes say that the current personal scouting is work being done for the summer window?

Bayern current best midfielder? mmm sounds too good to be true.

any specific name? so far the game has been completely dominated by Bayern
Yeah Nick just beat me to it. One I think is a winger and the other a central midfielder if Im not mistaken.
