Missed chances, he looks fantastic and rapid in these Videos.

You could make a 90 second video of plenty of players and they'd seem like great options. It's what he does over the course of 90 minutes in every game that matters.
The main conclusion I'm drawing from this clip, however, is that fullbacks in the Italian league are incredibly slow-footed.

He's very quick. He ran away from Kyle Walker like that too.

I think Inter are pushing for too much. United might easily move to plan B at this point

I think many like myself are wondering if there is actually a plan B. If there is who do you think it might be, out of curiousity?

With that kind of finishing he'll be used to our team in no time! ;)

That was also what i noticed the most, in a 90 seconds youtube video with handpicked plays and all i saw was goals being missed one after another.

Given that Perisic is two footed, and Jose favourite 4231/433, could we be seeing

-----------Lukaku----------
Martial-----Mkhi-----Perisic

-----------Lukaku----------
Perisic-----------------Mkhi

Not impossible to me. Anyone with me ?

I have no clue TBH. All I am saying is that Inter had been messing around this for far too long and United had been quite ruthless in our transfers lately with either us waiting until the time is right (Lindelof) or move to other targets when least expected (Lukaku). TBF Perisic doesn't seem to be as spineless as the serial benchwarmer was.

I think Perisic and Valencia would really worry teams if they went down one side. Both capable of tracking back, or overlapping each other. The speed of those waves could be frightening. I think Martial could be lethal there, but he would need to improve his far post positioning, it might be more likely Rashford there.

I thought about that, but mainly because Mourinho isn't dropping Rashford from the team. But you seem to lose all the advantage of a player who looks like in his backyard in the top left of the field. My guess is he will look dangerous underwhelming on the right.

Inter have money now so that maybe a reason why they can afford to act that way.

Good luck keeping a very pissed off player at their club especially since they ruined his last chance of playing with a truly big club

From the latest Samuel Luckhurst article
The M.E.N. has also learnt Mourinho regards Internazionale winger Ivan Perisic as the player he wants 'most of all' and has been lobbying executive vice-chairman Ed Woodward to push through a deal.

United's last offer for the 28-year-old was £40m but Inter are demanding more and the situation could be resolved by July 18, when the Nerazzurri fly to China for their pre-season tour.

Seems Mourinho rates him quite highly than.

Martial did this to PL full backs many times in his first season. Let's not make it seem as if we have prime Cafus and maldinis playing in the PL

He went to Croatia at some point, even if Perisic didnt play in that game, he wasnt there for fun during the season.
This, it seems. The deal should be absolutely sure with the player then. But the club…

Inter seems resigned to the player leaving and makes an effort to close immediately the deal. It's not excluded that the deal could be closed before their tour in China.

Inter starts to think about the post-Perišić and looks for a substitute to the Croatian in Mané, but their major dream is Sánchez, etc.

(The same “news” in Gazzetta)

Why do the papers think Jose is so mad for this guy?
I've just posted a link to Mourinho enjoying himself with the player's agent after watching a Croatia game in Zagreb, maybe that's it.

He loves to stay wide.

Their CL success the last decade has been a success but with the money they spent they won what 4 or 5 la liga out of the last 15? No where near good enough they are only competing with one team not 6 like in England.
1 in 3 is more then respectable. Not as if Barcelona don't spend loads as well. Chelsea spent a Billion and have 1 CL and have 5 league titles and most of us will regard that a good return. Look how much we have spent since Fergie....hundreds of millions and look at our return. no CL or League titles, so we aren't the ones to pipe up about value spending nowadays

You have to take that with a pinch of salt to be honest, playing in that Bayern team vs the Inter team last season would have been night and day in terms of the quality of players around you, the way teams would set up to play against you and roles they would have had within their teams.
Doesn't effect his ball actions e.g. ability to actually beat a man, creating chances, finding your man, making key passes; you know basic winger movements?

Missed chances, he looks fantastic and rapid in these Videos.

so does Walcot

Jesus how bad are Inters strikers? Not a single goal in that clip and he put it on a plate numerous times.

Take his assist record and triple it for a decent side scoring goals, Lukaku would have a field day.

He looks to be the perfect Jose winger, the only downside is the price to age ratio which is way off.
The perfect Jose winger! the perfect Jose winger should be no different to the perfect winger for any manager. Alexis, Neymar, Bale, (peak Ronaldo), Messi, Hazard. This nonsense that Jose would 'prefer' a vastly less talented but hardworking winger is misguided. If Jose had a choice, he would choose a Bale, Ronaldo etc and not even look at the Pandevs of this world. Its just we cannot sign these players.

Good point actually. That right wing would have frightening pace!
