I know exactly what he was referring to Kevin. He clocked that in one game away to Newcastle and equalled the fastest top speed along with Vardy. It was measured over 5 seconds. Player's like Rashford and Perisic can maintain a faster top speed over short and long distances along with Kyle Walker.

Bellerin is faster than Usain Bolt apparently over a short distance. That's why I don't really pay much attention to speed stats

You don't pay much attention to them but had no problem posting them to try and prove a point.....

And you're wrong. Short distance sprints are far more important in football than any long distance sprinting speed. So even if Martial is indeed slower over longer distances it's not very relevant. Not that I expect you have any proof whatsoever of the claim you've just made. You're seemingly just making it up as you go along now.

Anyway, for all intents and purposes we've now established that Martial is indeed fecking rapid and claiming he's quicker than Perisic is not exactly a shocking comment even if slightly incorrect. I don't have Perisic's stats but even if he is quicker it's probably negligible.

Longer sprints are just as important if you're a fullback or a genuine winger. But I wouldn't expect you to understand that.

No they aren't. Footballers will only rarely need to have longer sprints in games. Bursts of speed over shorter distances are far more relevant. And unsurprisingly no proof offered for another bullshit claim.

You have been stuck on Perisic's crossing for a month. I'm making that claim based on the ignorance you've spouted on here over the player in the last 3-4 weeks. Why is that not registering with you?

Perisic and Rashford are faster than Martial on a football pitch. That is what I'm claiming. I use my eyes to make that observation.
 
Most exciting part of this whole Persic saga this back and forth.

Just a few more hours and this saga will be all over.

Like the Monaco team, talent might be available next Summer that we never thought about. Perisic will be 29 and I think he will stay at Inter for a few years yet.
