I would say that it's very unlike Trump, he enjoys answering loaded questions that have diplomatic consequences without thinking carefully.
He's obviously not going to talk about something as important as this off the cuff before driving off. It would radically inappropriate and would probably be interpreted the wrong way as opposed to the traditional press conference, news release, or full interview etc.

There’s no doubt many will immediately claim it to be a PR stunt or purely contrived propaganda, but don’t think any keyboard warrior would know for sure by just looking at the video & listening to the audio.

None of what you mention are proof of a stunt, there existence or inexistence proves nothing because stunt can be the use of an actual refusal from an isolated individual used as a PR stunt. We know that IDF members have disapproved actions from IDF, it doesn't mean that they are representative of IDF which should lead you to ask you this question, why would IDF release these footage?
Edit: Also if it comes from IDF twitter feed, then it's PR and there isn't an army that will use it's communication department for other reasons than look good.
