They are very different players to be honest.
Isco is more of a Iniesta style player. While Thiago is more a Xavi type player with a bit of flair rolled into it.
I think they are both very on par if you had to score them right now, but if I had a choice of the 2 for man utd I would personally sign Thiago.

Don't think that would be more attacking then lining up with Di Maria in the side and Isco is a much better player imo.

Well with Ronaldo coming back to United Isco will play from the left with Ozil as the #10 and Bale on the right with Suarez up top.
Not made official yet. I think they're waiting till he gets back from his holiday in Ibiza.

When you're addressing somebody you place a comma before (and after if applicable) their name. You didn't.
It is either Ozil or Di Maria who will be dropped but that formation makes perfect sense good team on paper. Ancelotti will bring out the attacking flair in this side alot of experienced players but the team is relatively young.
Ozil is a better player than Isco so I doubt it will be him
Ozil is VERY inconsistent it has been a problem so it may be if he doesn't stop that. Isco is a better scorer than he is and Ozil can't play out wide like Di Maria can. Will be interesting to see how the three are balanced for two roles.

Ozil has as many goals as Isco does this in less games. Ozil can play wide just like Isco can. He often played wide left for Bremen with Diego playing in the middle and he can also play wide right and come inside from there.
Ozil is not inconsistent at all. He had 50 assists in his first two season for Real and one of their best players. Hasn't as good a season this time but Madrid were a circus so it was bit of a write off
You guys need to watch him. Ozil is an inconsistent player. He can look like the best attacking mid in the world one game and get 2-3 assists and then be on the edge of the next 2 games doing very little. There is a reason why at times Mourinho got frustrated and was using Kaka instead. He is not good wide either. I watch a lot of Madrid Ozil is talented but he struggles to take a hold of games when Madrid need him to at times and he is bound to get assists playing in that team with all the goals they score.
Isco is 21 he just had a great season with Malaga and will only get better if you don't think he would get 10 plus assists passing to Ronaldo, Benzema and Higuain in the role behind the striker think again. Ozil does not have a hard job he struggles to really impose himself a lot of the time.

Lately it feels like any players who don't hit figures like Messi and Ronaldo do are labelled inconsistent.
Rooney and Ozil to players two players who are inconsistent hence why I mentioned it. Do you know who has to pass to then you realise that those numbers are expected. He is the creator in the midfield so he gets the ball to create. He plays certain games looking like one of the best players in Europe and the next he does little there is a reason why he gets drop by Mourinho once in a while for Kaka because he is so frustrating. Listing his assists does not change that.
There is reason Mourinho dropped Ozil for Kaka a few times over the last couple of years. He can be amazing then he can be poor hence the word INCONSISTENT.

I've seen plenty of Madrid, Ozil is not a "very inconsistent" player, he had bad games and spells here and there, like many do, but overall the good far, far outweighed the bad.
To label Ozil inconsistent is a joke. And his assists aren't just a by product of playing simple passes to Ronaldo, some of his assist over the last 3 years have been stunning to say the least.
He is inconsistent not very that was an exaggeration. He will start the majority of games because Kaka is not a better player than him but there has been times in the last two seasons Kaka coming off the bench has shown more hunger and passion than Ozil and as a result played better and earned the starting gig for a few games. It is a lesson from Mourinho about his play he has mentioned it. I have read Mourinho mentioning it he wants more from Ozil.
Who said the good did not outweigh the bad? If you're inconsistent but better thna your replacement you can never really lose your spot for too long. If Isco comes in and shows that consistency Ozil is at risk listing his assist number mean little. He has 3 team mates who had 60 plus goals between them this season in the league. They will score goals and he is the creator in the midfield like I said he can be devastating one week and poor the next two hardly once in a while.
It isn't a joke I don't think you comprehend my use of the word. He can be amazing then poor that does not mean he is not capable of doing impressive things on the pitch it means he does not bring that same quality every week. He has been dropped because of it so me and Mourinho must be jokers.

Only you. He was dropped 'allegedly' because of his attitude and fitness, not because of his inconsistencies. Of course, I have no way of knowing this because I don't share regular dialogues with Mourinho.
You know when they say attitude they are talking about on the pitch he too often lets games pass him by he has already shown he is too good for that so it frustrates the coaches. Mourinho hinted at that as well as Kaka coming on and being impressive.
No my point is saying look how many assists he has he is not inconsistent it is very lazy. How many games did he have mutiple assista nd how many did he have none? Looking at stats is a lazy way to come to a conclusion in regards to players .If you look at the stats Rooney was not much worst than Mata but if you watched the two of them you would be able to tell that was not the case. There is a chance Di Maria or Ozil loses their play only Ronaldo brings it every game out of that attacking 3.
