They will be picked a the end IMO. On the whole I agree. We don't see a lot of new faces.

I don't think so. You just need to choose the best 'version' of the player.

Messi hasn't won a major trophy with his NT but has certainly delivered great performances in an international tournament at least.

To animate the left flank and support your main striker, no better choice in terms of track record.

You won't have any debate about his positioning unless you take a player who is a pure left-winger!

glad he didn't, as he's a good fit for me but couldn't wait to pick him anymore as most of the managers above me doesn't have a RB yet.

I thought @Downcast would pick Tigana and Amoros, but as soon as Tigana got taken I guess he changed the theme.

Yeah, I used so many underrated right-backs and I don't want to mention the names:

- a Roumanian sweeper
- a Spanish LB
- some Italian midfielders
- a Yougoslav LB who never played as a RB
