That was quite possibly one of the best games I've ever seen. Pakistan were class. But Kohli turned back time to 2016 and played one of the best innings ever.
It's fine as far as I can see. The rule is the only way to get out is a double hit or a run-out from a free hit so the ball would have been in play rather than a dead ball.
