The way it's playing out I don't think 3 losses rules you out. They've had tough fixtures but it's certainly a long way back yep

Both I think. Only Australia and India jerseys being sold outside the stadium, so you'll mostly see only those colours.

Big IF's but if Australia hammer Pakistan here and England do the same tomorrow to SA it would liven up the tournament a bit IMO. Only two teams India might be the tiniest bit intimidated by in good form.
