Chamara Silva's played the worst innings I've ever seen in a run chase.
Needed that wicket, Sri Lanka were just getting a bit of momentum but Afridi puts a stop to that.

Phew, that was close. Terrific match, Pakistan took the wickets when they needed to, Afridi & Akhtar were excellent and the spinners did a solid job.
Fielding really has to improve, missed a couple of run-outs, dropped catches and missed stumpings is not good enough.

Afridi has turned into an excellent bowler in these days, 300 wickets is a great achievement in ODI's.
Yeah. Pretty much but the fielding reached farcical levels in the end. Akhtar seemed genuinely disgusted by some of the clownish efforts.
Pak are at their best when nothing is expected of them, no kind of pressure. They will do well and are probably going to top their group now. Won't be a bad bet to win the whole WC if you ask me.
They need to drop Kamran Akmal, if they want to win the WC tbh. He is just a shocking wicket keeper, how's Pakistan's backup WK?
Well Akmal was dropped in the test series last month, only to be replaced by..... Adnan Akmal. That Akmal made some pretty good catches, but you can never tell with these damn Akmals!
credit to Bangladesh on a great win yesterday was a really tense game and pretty much must win for them and they showed great fight to get the right result.

I've enough confidence in our country, but England are a strong side and still they're big underdogs in this match, they haven't got anything to lose and the pressure will be on us. If we play to our best, we'll defeat them comfortably but bigger upsets have happened in Cricket.

I think Reina is a better #3 or #4 than Gambhir is. He is better fielder too.
