Please be the end of it
It will do wonders for the rest of the teamsHopefully his time on the bench will do wonders for his game.
We’ve just won and people go to criticise a player who didn’t even play
While I don’t disagree that his time should be up, we can’t really afford to let him go. We’d need to get another centre back in.He needs to go before window closes. The team being so much better and more aggressive and mobile without him is a terrible look.
He should leave and go somewhere that doesn’t require him to do what he is required to do at this version of United.
Because the defence looks 10 times better without him?
World class performance today!
He just isn’t a Man United player and never has been. He’s a born loser.

I don't think it's weird to discuss the impact of a player on how the team plays on a football forum at any time, really.weird to focus on a negative after such a positive performance imo

You can guarantee his reaction to Salah scoring that goal would be the petrified look as he brushes his hair to the side. He’s not a leader. Varane and Martinez were. This is it, his face always screams so passively"we're gonna lose tonight".
It has gone a little too far. And I say that as somebody who really dislikes him. It’s not his fault he isn’t up to it. Should’ve been taken out of the firing line a long time ago. He didn’t help himself with that stupid celebration he did when he scored for England last season though,I feel a bit sorry for him, to be honest. Think the criticism has gone too far as he pretty much takes 80% of the flack for the whole squad.
I feel for him, too, but the scrutiny will only intensify after seeing the backline play in a way it can’t with him in the team.I feel a bit sorry for him, to be honest. Think the criticism has gone too far as he pretty much takes 80% of the flack for the whole squad.
With him and shaw would have ended 1-3
Agreed. He can still be very effective in a low block. If Chelsea are interested bite their hand off. A real pity that Varane is very injury prone. We look terrible with him in the lineup though. I don’t think there is any upside to keeping him. We don’t play a style that suits him, we need to get the captaincy off him, and we have the likes of Tuanzabe still hanging about.
He just hasn’t worked here and should move on for the good of his own career.
