Absolute bollocks.

Would ruin our high energy direct pacey attack. Do not want.
What high energy attack? We have martial in our attack, whos the poler opposite of high energy.

Kane would be a fantastic signing at the right price, but levy will price him out of a domestic move.

We have a dynamic attack, if we bring him in everything will have to go through him, like Ronaldo, our team isn't setup for that. Plus he's 30.

Kane would be great in our side. I think Tottenham will be forced into selling him - they cannot afford to let him go for free.

He's 29. Why do people always increase the age of players they don't want?

Needs a move.

It actually reminds me of when Torres was at Atletico Madrid. Trouble is he moved when he was 23.

He certainly won't be signing a new deal so I'm intrigued how Spurs handle that.

Why do you rule that out?
Life moves fast in football, as he found out when City wouldn't push harder for him, then went for Haaland.

Unless he's available for a reasonable fee, we should stay well clear, and given another year there's no guarantee anyone bigger than Tottenham even wants him.

It's not like Ronaldo AT ALL

With Ronaldo he had to be on the end of everything, Kane is the exact opposite of that. He'll be the focal point of the attack feeding the balls through to Rashford, Bruno and Antony

I still find it mad that when a player hits 30 they are instantly out in the discard pile by fans.

Lewandowski is 4 years older and still one of the best strikers on the planet. There’s no reason Kane can’t be in that same bracket for the next 4 years.

Bayern Munich started randomly making noises about him last summer so if he gets offered that opportunity he simply must go rather than just hang round to break some more scoring records.

I think aswell after what happened in summer 2021 he'll feel he'll have much more power to actually leave rather than them so just let the club sweat a bit.

It's interesting the Spurs fans saying they'd rather lose him on a free as the rewards are so much greater with him around. Currently Spurs are on course for 7th (which is where they finished in 20/21) and this is with Liverpool and Chelsea having terrible seasons by their standards.

With the work Spurs have to do with rest of their 11 I think they're in for some barren years now. They need to find someone who can do what Poch did in 2014 as it won't be far off that with the state they're in.

Unless they've got a 200m budget ready to drop in the summer, I think 70m + for Kane will be tempting. Just look at how chronic their endless wing back options are.

Isn't Lewandowski in literally perfect physical condition while Kane has had a number of ankle injuries over the years?

Possibly, but Kane has seemed consistently fit for a while now.

His past injuries may affect him, they may not, but it still seems silly to write him off because he turns 30 despite showing no obvious decline at this point.

It’s a gamble worth taking I’m my opinion, and gives us a couple of years to keep an eye on the next emerging world class striker who are currently few and far between with a couple of the obvious names now off the menu.

Difference of opinion, i think he'd be fantastic. Plus his ability to drop deep and pass into the channels would make him useful for rashford and antony.

Yeah. It's strange to compare Kane to Ronaldo. Kane is the closest player to Benzema (post Ronaldo) and arguably the better finisher. Benzema had been amazing until last season (34 y.o.). I can see Kane fares well until about that age.

Nah Benzema is a level above with the ball at his feet, and a bit more athletic. Kane is the better passer particularly from deep.

My concern is that A.) he moves like a snail already and he's not even 30 and B.) he's not a presser and hasn't been since Poch left. Not to mention I don't see how we get him for anything less than 80m + , which is an eye watering fee given the concerns

It's ridiculous. Zidane moved to Madrid at 29 for a record transfer fee that wasn't broken until we sold Ronaldo to them 8 years later.

There...you can leave the club now. Your work is done, time for a fresh start ;)

He can leave in the summer free and clear now - would absolutely love to see him play for us

Get him in. RVP’ing our way to a title :D

History (despite somewhat meaningless in the grand scheme of things) achieved, now come join the Ten Hag revolution and win major trophies Harry my boy.

Still a great finisher but he has a lot of mileage on the clock, and you can see that in his general play

He presses but just not that fast. His passing & link up play is just a beauty.

The sky commentary team really do fish over the simplest of finishes when it’s Kane. Likewise he always avoids their wrath for being a serial cheat.
